Because of the advantage of high energy、single wavelength、good curativeeffect、 short course and few adverse reaction,308nm excimer laser is widely usedto treat the skin disease,such as psoriasis and vitiligo.In this paper,the keytechnologies of308nm excimer laser used as skin therapeutic apparatus have beenstudied.Firstly,308nm Excimer Laser power supply designed by high frequencyinverter technology, achieves function of which model charging finishes andimmediately discharges. We successfully design the process of308nm ExcimerLaser System, verify the process of laser charging and energy calibration by test.These meet308nm Excimer Laser System.Secondly, we mainly study of308nm Excimer Laser characteristics ofdischarging, acquire parameters of laser best working:gas pressure3300mbar,thegas mixture ratio Ne:HCl:Xe=96.85%:0.15%:3%, capacitors proportion that Csis24nF and Cd is25.2nF.Lastly, characteristics of Excimer Laser transmission efficiency andhomogenization are analyzed. We design and verify optical transmission system byliquid-core optical fiber whose transmissivity is as high as71%for308nm UVlaser.The beam homogenization via optical fiber is less than4.5%. The resultsshow that transmission system based on liquid-core optical fiber for308nm UVlaser has better transmissivity, homogenization and stability.
