| Objective To investigate the change of serum complement C3, C5and the acylationstimulating protein (ASP)in FLD patients and its the correlation between fatty liver lipiddeposition and hepatic inflammatory injury, determine the different severity ofcomplement C3, C5and ASP concentration changes in the law, observe the correlation, understand possible role in the pathogenesis of fatty liver and its clinical significance. Tolay the foundation for its application research.Method According to a2010diagnosis offatty liver Guide screened patient group, and divided into mild, moderate and severegroups of total of90cases, and the establishment of normal control group (NC) andhyperlipidemia group alone45cases in each group. And patient group in accordance withalanine aminotransferase (ALT) is normally divided into the FLD with normal ALT, FLDwith unnormal ALT and normal control (NC).Determination of the content of selectedserum complement C3, C5, ASP by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), andbiochemical detection of triglyceride (TG), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), gammaglutamyl transferase (GGT), low density lipoprotein (IDL) level, measurement of height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, and body mass index (BMI formula:weight (kg) divided by the square of height (m).BMI respectively in25-30kg/m2andgreater than or equal to30kg/m2are considered to be obese and overweight) and waist hipratio (WR). Analysis of the experimental data using SPSS16.0statistical software.Themeasurement data is represented by x±s,the groups were compared using one-wayANOVA, LSD (homogeneity of variance) or Dunnett’T3(unequal variances) test. Thepearson correlation regression relationship between the data,(P<0.05)difference wasstatistically significant.Results1.(1)Serum C3level was higher in hyperlipemia andFLD patients(P <0.05) than that in NC group respectively;there were significantdifferences between groups (P<0.05); there were significant differences compared withmoderate and severe FLD group (P<0.05);(2)Serum C5level was higher in FLDpatients(P<0.05) than that in NC group;comparison between groups with mild and severe, there was significant difference with moderate (P<0.05); there were not significantdiffence between the levelof serum C5in hyperlipidemia group and the NCgroup(P>0.05);there were significant differences compared with the light of the severeFLD group(P<0.05);(3)Serum ASP level was higher in hyperlipemia and FLD patients(P<0.05) than that in NC group;there were significant differences between groups(P<0.05); thereis a significant difference between the levelof serum ASP inhyperlipidemia group and the severe FLD group (P<0.05);(4)there were significantdifference between the level of serum TGã€TCã€LDLã€BMIã€WHR in FLD group andthe NC group(P<0.05);2.(1)Serum C3level was significantly higher in FLD withnormal ALT〠FLD with unnormal ALT (P<0.05) than that in NC grouprespectively;there were significant differences between groups (P<0.05);(2)Serum C5level was significantly higher in FLD with normal ALT〠FLD with unnormalALT(P<0.05) than that in NC group respectively;there were significant differencesbetween groups (P<0.05);(3)Serum ASP level was significantly higher in FLD withnormal ALT and FLD with unnormal ALT(P<0.05) thanthat in NC grouprespectively;there were no significant differences between groups (P>0.05);3.(1)Thereis a linear correlation existed between serum C3ã€ASPã€TGã€BMI in patients withFLD.(2)There is a correlation existed between serum C3ã€ASPã€C5in patients withFLD.Conclusions C3ã€ASP play an important role in the lipid metabolism disorder ofFLD. C3, ASP can do serological index for the diagnosis of fatty liver to judge thedegree of fatty liver, and as a clinical index of dynamic observation of liver steatosisdegree and predicting the prognosis of the index, and complement C5may be aidedserological indexes of fatty liver injury diagnosis, in order to further our understandingof plasma lipid, lipoprotein and free fat acid metabolism and fatty liver injurymechanism provides a new perspective, and open up new ideas and methods in theprevention and treatment of fatty liver. |
