| Objective:To explore the relationship of coronary heart disease (CHD) complicated with metabolism syndrome (MS) with Acylation Stimulating Protein-Receptor C5L2.Methods:Totally,240 participants were divided into four groups including normal control group, CHD group, MS group and CHD complicated with MS group. The information including anthropometric indexes and biochemical profiles and C5L2 mRNA were detected. One-way ANOVA was used to compare the means in numerical data, χ2-test was used to explore associations in categorical data. Relationships between variables were assessed by Person correlation and multiple linear regression analysis. Results:There was no significant difference in C5L2mRNA expression among four groups (F=0.22, P=0.88), the same tendency was found in male (F=0.26, P=0.86) and female (F=0.13, P=0.94). Pearson correlation analysis revealed that C5L2mRNA expression positively correlated with waist circumference (WC) (P=0.02), waist-hip ratio (WHR) (P=0.03) and C reactive protein (CRP) (P<0.01) and negatively correlated with high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)(P=0.04) in CHD complicated with MS group and the correlation coefficients were 0.45,0.43,0.47 and -0.41, respectively. The multiple linear regression analysis indicated that CRP (PModel1<0.01,PMode12<0.01), WC (P=0.03) and WHR (P=0.04) were the association factors of C5L2 in CHD complicated with MS group. Conclusion:CRP, WC and WHR are the association factors of C5L2 in CHD complicated with MS group. C5L2 may participate in the inflammatory response and fat metabolism, especially visceral fat metabolism. |
