Objective:To observe the treatment the threatened abortion of "Hot blood type" and compare the clinical efficacy with the control group of western medicine. To make an objective valuation of research for clinical treatment of this disease beneficial to explore.Methods:68patients met the inclusion criteria the threatened abortion of hot blood type patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of35patients and a control group of33patients. The control group was treated with progesterone and vitamin E. Based on the control group, Shou tai wan jia wei formula was used in treatment group. A week later, the treatment group currently on the basis of the original party card to add and subtract, the same treatment, clinical symptoms disappeared after2weeks until the stop drug use. Treatment of4weeks in a row, serum β-HCG reviews once a week, P and pregnant bursa size. Improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment was observed, as well as related indicators of change. In period in a medicine both group of patients lay in bed rest as far as possible and prohibition of sexual intercourse. Since bleeding stopped, the time to out-of-bed activity was one weeks. The habitual abortion patients must prolong the time of lying in bed.Result:1. The two groups of patients before and after treatment symptom scores compared, with the total scores of symptoms before treatment were significantly decreased and significant difference (P<0.05) after treatment in both group. But the two groups of patients after treatment symptom scores compared, there was a significant difference (P<0.05). It meant the treatment group was better than control group in improving the total scores of symptoms.2. The two groups of patients efficacy compared with the treatment group and the control group were91.43%、81.82%, the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant.4. Treatment group and control group patients before and after the treatment groups in serum β-HCG are significant difference compared (P<0.05), the treatment group and control group serum β-HCG no significant difference compared(P>0.05), explain two groups of drugs can effective improve the body serum β-HCG.5. Treatmentgroup and control group patients before and after the treatment groups in serum beta level are significant difference compared (P<0.05), the treatment group and control group serum P level no significant difference compared (P>0.05), explain two groups of drugs can effective improve the body serum P level.6. By B ultrasonic observation and comparison, using the ultrasonic instrument examination can objectively reaction the curative effect of two groups of drugs in the treatment of threatened abortion. It meant the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion:1. Treatment group was better than control group in improvement of the total scores of symptoms; the clinical symptoms and efficacy.2. Two groups of drugs can effective improve the body serum β-HCG, P level and. pregnant bursa size.3. We believe that Shou tai wan jia wei is an effective drugs to treat the threatened abortion of " Hot blood type" and with a clinical practical value.
