The Expression Of GP73and AFP In The Tissue Of Early HCC And Its Significance

Objective：To detect the expression of Golgiprotein73(GP73) and AFP in the tissue of earlyhepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), and investigate its significance.Methods：In this experiment, we have collected40cases of tumor tissue for early HCC and20cases of non-tumor liver tissue. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect theexpression of GP73and AFP in the above-mentioned two groups of tissue.Results: In the early HCC tissues, GP73and AFP were expressed higher than that in thenon-tumor liver tissues, and GP73-positive expression was significantly higher than that ofAFP. And both there is statistical difference (p＜0.05).Conclusions In the diagnosis of earlt HCC, GP73may be a more superior detectionindicator to AFP.
