The Clinical Research Of Electroacupuncture Treatment For Constipation (Heat Syndrome) Caused By Anismus

The constipation caused by Anismus due to pelvic floor muscle mainly includedifficulty in defecation, defecation time, defecation and the anus can not relax, evencontraction of a syndrome.It is a common functional outlet obstruction constipation.The commonly treatment methods in clinical include: drug treatment, pelvic floormuscle exercises, biofeedback therapy, botulinum toxin injection, operation treatment.Drug therapy can relieve the symptoms, and some medications for long-termapplication easily become dependent.It even can be formed cathartic colon. Botulinumtoxin injection in the treatment needs to inject repeated, patients accepting less.Operation treatment needs to grasp the strict indications. Because the causes of thedisease are complex, the treatment effect is bad in the clinical. Chinese medicine inthe treatment of constipation has unique advantages and has accumulated richexperience.As an important part of the treatment in the treatment of constipation,acupuncture treatment of traditional Chinese medicine played an important role. Theelectroacupuncture therapy is used electrical stimulation to maintain or enhance gaseffect to improve the efficacy of a treatment method. Chang qiang and Zhi gou are thetreatment of constipation of efficient points since ancient times. So according to thetheory of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with modern research, to explore asimple, effective, and easy for patients to accept method used in the treatment ofAnismus constipation caused by anismus has important clinical significance.Objective:The aims of this study by observing electroacupuncture in treatmentof anismus caused by constipation clinical efficacy, effect on defecation action,proving the effectiveness of electroacupuncture in treatment of retardation caused byconstipation for clinical and find a simple and effective treatment methods to providea scientific basis.Methods:The90patients were devided into three groups randomly.30patientstreated by electroacupuncture, using the0.32mm x25mm needle on Chang qiang andZhi gou..we puted electro-acupuncture poles with the Chang qiang and Zhi gou,after having gas act, using a continuous wave, and output intensity to patient tolerancedegree.We do that for20minutes, once a day.We puted30patients for medicationgroup.The patients taked Maren soft capsules, tow capsules each time, two times aday. The30patients were puted into acupuncture medicine group.The patientsreceived the acupuncture treatment and taked Maren soft capsule at the same time,themethod of electroacupuncture treatment with the same as electroacupuncturegroup,the method of taking drug with the same drug group.Three groups were treatedfor three weeks. During treatment, patients were asked not to eat spicy food, and takemore fruits and vegetables rich in crude fiber food, moderate activity. Observed thepatients with primary symptom(difficulty in defecation, defecation frequency, stool,defecation time) and secondary symptoms (abdominal distension, abdominal pain,there is no anus pendent swells)before treatment, after the end of treatment andtreatment after a month,according to the symptoms of constipation assessment scale,at the same time according to the rectal pressure were observed before treatment,treatment after defecation action.Results:In the evaluation of therapeutic effects,the electroacupuncture group,theclinical cure in0cases, markedly effective in7cases, improved in18cases,ineffective in5cases, the effective rate was83.3%; the drug group,the clinical cure in0cases, markedly effective in5cases, improved in11cases, ineffectiv e in14cases,the effective rate was53.3%; the acupuncture medicine group, the clinical cure in1cases,markedly effective in15cases, improved in10cases, ineffective in4cases, theeffective rate was86.7%, through the statistical analysis, the needle and medicineefficacy is superior to drug group (P<0.0167), acupuncture group and the acupuncturegroup had no significant difference (P>0.0167),curative effective ofelectroacupuncture group is superior to drug group (P<0.0167). After treatment theaverage symptom score, acupuncture group average symptom score is5.27±5.030,drug group average symptom score is10.23±4.939, electroacupuncture group averagesymptom score is7.73±4.143, through the statistical analysis, acupuncture groupaverage symptom score is lower than the medication group (P<0.05), acupuncturegroup average integral is below to the electroacupuncture group (P <0.05),electroacupuncture group average integral is below to the medication group (P<0.05),three weeks after treatment, the average symptom score were acupuncture medicinegroup <acupuncture group<drug group. In the defecation action, after the treatmentof electroacupuncture group defecation action was negatively related in23cases, positive correlation in7cases, drug group defecation action was negatively related in3cases, positive correlation in27cases, electroacupuncture group defecation actionwas negatively related in20cases, positive correlation in10cases, through statisticalanalysis, acupuncture group in improving the defecation motor coordination isbetter than medicine group (P<0.0167), acupuncture group and acupuncture group inimproving the defecation action coordination of no significant difference (P>0.0167),electroacupuncture group in improving defecation action coordination is superior tothe medication group (P<0.0167). In the long term curative effect,theelectroacupuncture group,the clinical cure in0cases, markedly effective in5cases,improved in13cases, ineffective in12cases, the effective rate was60%; the druggroup,the clinical cure in0cases,markedly effective in0cases, improved in8cases,ineffective in22cases, the effective rate was26.7%; the acupuncture and medicinegroup,the clinical cure in0cases, markedly effective8cases, improved in12cases,ineffective in10cases, the effective rate was66.7%, through the statistical analysis,in the long term effects of acupuncture medicine group is superior, drug group (P <0.0167), acupuncture group and the acupuncture group had no significant difference(P>0.0167), electroacupuncture group was better than the medication group (P <0.0167).Conclusion:Show through researching, electroacupuncture for treatment ofAnismus (heat syndrome) have curative effect, simple operation method.Byelectroacupuncture stimulation defecation can correct the situation of rectal pressuregradients can not reverse, improve the elvic floor tissues can not ordinate statedefecation. Acupuncture therapy combined with Maren soft capsule oral in improvi ngAnismus (heat syndrome) is better than the pure oral drug and acupuncture therapy.Take maren soft capsule in the treatment of constipation caused by Anismus (heatsyndrome) to improve symptoms of constipation, can not fundamentally correctetiology.The long-dated curative effect is not ideal.
