| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture at Tianshu with deep needling on the constipation of stroke,and to study its effect on the SP,VIP in the blood-serum.By observing the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture at Tianshu points with deep needling,electroacupuncture at Shangjuxu and Zhigou,and western medicine for the treatment of constipation after stroke,finding a better treatment methods,improving the quality of life of constipation patients after stroke,and studying the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of constipation after stroke.Method:90 cases of constipation patients were selected from the hospitalized patients with acupuncture and moxibustion and rehabilitation department of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.90 cases were randomly divided into three groups:Tianshu group,Shangjuxuzhigou group and western medicine group.Tianshu group patients choose bilateral Tianshu points,local disinfection straight to the men under a sense of breakthrough,after receiving electro-acupuncture,elect dense wave,patient tolerance within the range,each treatment for 30 minutes,once a day,1 week 6 times,2 weeks for a course of tr.eatment;Shangjuxuzhigou group selected on both sides of the Shangjuxu,Zhigou points,after conventional acupuncture receiving electro-acupuncture,elect dense wave,patient tolerance within the range,once a day,each time 30min,1 week 6 times,2 weeks for a course of treatment;Western medicine group oral lactulose,1 day,morning Dayton,a lOmg,2 weeks for a course of treatment.After the course of treatment to observe the points,the detection of indicators,the data analysis,the results.Results:There were no significant differences in sex,age,stroke type,stool score,CCS score,symptom score,quality of life score,serum SP content and serum VIP content in the three groups before treatment.After treatment,Tianshu group,is better than Shangjuxuzhigou group and Western medicine group,a statistically significant(p<0.05);There was no significant difference in stool traits between the three groups after treatment(p>0.05);After treatment,CCS score,symptom score and quality of life of patients with constipation were lower than those of Shangguixiaodu group and western medicine group,which was statistically significant(p<0.05);The content of serum SP in the Tianshu group was higher than that in the Shangjuxuzhigou group and the western medicine group,and the VIP content was lower than that of the Shangjuxuzhigou group and the western medicine group(p<0.05).The results also suggested that the recurrence rate of Tianshu group and Shangjuxu group were both lower than that of western medicine group,which was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at Tianshu with deep needling has significant curative effect in the treatment of constipation after stroke,compared with electroacupuncture at the Shangjuxu,Z higou and Western medicine can be more effective to improve clinical symptoms,and has a safe,low recurrence rate advantage.Electroacupuncture deep tattoo through elevated SP,lower VIP content to reduce constipation symptoms. |
