Purposes: This issue analyses the senile chronic renal failure of TCM syndromeclassification study,to understand its clinical characteristic, discuss the law of TCMsyndrome differentiationApproaches: This study takes the form of questionnaire survey to collect203patientsfrom Shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital, Shandongprovincial hospital nephrology department outpatient and hospitalization in elderly patientswith chronic renal failure and related laboratory data, the primary disease syndromes andtreatment data, statistical analysis, to explore the TCM syndrome distribution characteristicof senile chronic renal failure and related factors. And through cluster analysis of datamining, clustering to find the condition after the implied information. Results: In the statistics of203elderly in patients with chronic renal failure,92casesof male, female111cases, were greater than or equal to60years old, at most87years,mean age,70.2years. Among them, the primary disease of74patients with chronicglomerular nephritis, diabetic nephropathy,50,47cases of patients with hypertensive renalimpairment, chronic renal tubular interstitial nephritis and10cases of chronicpyelonephritis, primary disease, and other unknown causes of22. CRF staging of the203patients, mainly for statistical treatment, to observe the primary disease, CRF ininstallment, such factors as the main treatment of TCM syndrome classification effect.Frequency is greater than20%of this deficiency syndrome symptoms with languid, lumbardebility, night to urinate more trapped, body weight, the spleen kidney deficiency such asshortness of breath lazy words performance for the most, followed by five upset hot, eyesdry mouth liver and kidney Yin deficiency and cold and cold limbs, waist pain, spleen kidney Yang deficiency, frequency of most real evil syndrome of dampness, blood stasis, shows that elderly chronic renal failure is based on this deficiency, mixed blood stasis ofreal evil diseases such as dampness. Syndrome classification of this deficiency syndrome, spleen kidney Yang deficiency in the most rare, and the second order for the spleen andkidney Yin deficiency, spleen kidney deficiency, liver and kidney Yin deficiency and Yinand Yang two empty; And evil in empirical, with damp turbidity syndrome cases, mostafter damp heat syndrome, blood stasis syndrome and moisture. Simple is almost nodeficiency syndrome, and more clip wet chaotic, humid heat and blood stasis, etc. Rea evil. Conclusion: Cause of senile chronic renal failure is still in primary glomerularnephritis is the most common original disease, diabetic nephropathy, hypertensive renaldamage ratio increased significantly. Spleen, kidney damage is the pathological basis ofelderly chronic renal failure, dampness turbidity and humid heat and blood stasis are mainpathological factors of elderly kidney failure. As elderly kidney function decline in chronicrenal failure by mainly spleen and kidney Yin deficiency of spleen and kidney Yangdeficiency to give priority to shift. Primary glomerular nephritis, renal failure caused bythe deficiency in spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and spleen and kidney Yin deficiencyis common, most with dampness heat and dampness turbidity standard empirical, diabeticnephropathy with spleen and kidney Yang deficiency and spleen and kidney Yindeficiency of both, damp and hot, blood stasis, dampness hypertensive renal damage withqi and Yin deficiency and dampness turbidity and damp heat syndrome. The spleen kidneyYang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome (gas) throughout the course. The developmentof renal failure...
