Objective: According to the theory of Chinese medicine and Chinese-westerncombined medicine, the study supplied evidence about prevention and cure Behcet’sdisease through clinical effect、relapse rate and untoward effect.Methods:We collected60cases’patients of Behcet’s disease.We prescribedGancaoxiexintang and thalidomide troches for30cases as the treating group. The controlgroup contains30cases, prescribed with thalidomide troches. Treat for3months andinquire for3months to observe the relapse and untoward effect.Results: Through clinical observation,it is manifested that the total effect has noobvious difference between the two groups.(p>0.05).But the relapse rate and untowardeffect of the treating group are obviously superior to the control group(p<0.05).Conlusion: It is proved that the dominant position of Ganchaoxiexintang andthalidomide troches for Beheet’s syndrome on relapse rate and untoward effect.
