Typing And Treating The 22 Cases Of Behcet’s Disease According To The Differetiation Of Traditonal Chinese Medicine And Observing The Theraputic Effect

Objective:The clinical research was aimed to observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Behcet’s disease according to syndrome differentiation and treatment,and provide some evidence for the treatment of BD with Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:The 22 cases was divided into three types according to the difference of TCM syndromes.Among all the patients, there were 10 cases of Dampand hot accumulate knot,8 cases of deficiency was liver-yin and kidney-yin, while 4 cases were Diagnosed asdthenic splenonephro-yang.This three groups were given Gan Lou Xiao Du Dan together with Wu wei xiao du yin soup together, Zhi Bai Di Huang Tang, Gan Cao Xie Xin Tang respectively. After two months of treatment,we evaluate the efficacy based on the change of mouth ulcers, genital ulcers, eye symptoms, skin manifestations, acupuncture reaction, ESR and CRP.We also pay attention to the relapse of BD in the follow-up period of 3 months.Results:1.The total effective rate was 86.36%;2.The mouth ulcers and genital ulcers were significantly improved,while the ESR and CRP were significantly decreased after the treatment (P<0.05);3.Among the three groups,the Damp and hot accumulate knot and the deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin got a good treatment effect(P<0.05), while the group of the asdthenic splenonephro-yang was not so good(P>0.05).Conclousion:The treatment of BD according to syndrome differentiation achieved good results while less adverse reactions and relapse rate.
