Objective: This study aimed to investigate the clinical efficacy on Jia Wei Chai ShaoLiu Jun Zi Powder in Treating Functional dyspepsia, try to discuss deeply the etiology andpathogenesis of Functional dyspepsia, and the efficacy and mechanism of Jia Wei Chai ShaoLiuJunZi Powder by using the theory of TCM.Methods: Using Cross-sectional survey,epidemiology scene investigation method,60patients qualified as subjects30cases were divided into experimental group given JiaWei Chai Shao Liu Jun Zi Powder;30cases were divided into control group treated with oralZhi Zhu Kuan Zhong capsule,1.29g a time, three times a day. During the treatmentwithout other drug for stomach. Above two groups of patients in a month for a period oftreatment, the patient’s symptoms and physical signs before and after treatment andcurative effect observation between groups, observation of3period of treatment.Results: Jia Wei Chai Shao Liu Jun Zi Powder can obviously improve the clinicalsymptoms. Experimental with control group clinical symptoms curative effect respectivelycure50%、30%;powerfully30%、33.3%; effective16.7%、20%;invalid3.3%、16.7%;totaleffective96.7%、88.3%. The two groups were significantly different (P <0.05).Conclusion: Therefore,Treating Functional dyspepsia by Jia Wei Chai Shao Liu Jun ZiPowder can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms, the exact effect, with a highclinical value.
