The BMD Varying Pattern Of The Postmenopausal Women In Different Parts Of The Body And The Analysis For The Influence Factors Of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

Objective：Adopting French MEDIX DR DXA to analyze the changes in BMD ofpostmenopausal women，analyzing the changing rule of postmenopausal women’ BMD onthe different parts of the body，analyzing and summarizing the common influence factorsof the postmenopausal osteoporosis。Methods：Selecting300cases of postmenopausal women，requiring them to fill in casestudy and dividing them into groups according to their menopausal period，adopting DXAto test the bone mineral density on lumbar, left and right sides of the hips and forearms，carrying on statistical analysis according to the test results，analyzing and summarizingthe correlation between the BMD and menopausal period，the distribution and changingrule of postmenopausal women’ bone mineral density on the different parts of thebody.Selecting100cases from them randomly，testing the BMD of the lumbar spine andleft hip six months later,requiring the subjects to fill in case study every time they aretested，analyzing the BMD changing rule during the six months。Analyzing the commoninfluence factors of the postmenopausal osteoporosis according to these case studies。Results：1.Comparing the BMD of the group of postmenopausal women with the group of premenopausal women，in the same part of the body， there is significantdifference（P<0.05）。2.Comparing the BMD of the group of postmenopausal women withdifferent menopausal period， here is significant difference （P<0.05）。3.Selfcontrol:comparing the left and right sides of the hips,there is no significant difference（P>0.05），as to the forearms on both sides,there is significant difference(P<0.05），theBMD of the right forearm is hinger。4.Comparing to the lumbar BMD six months before，there is significant difference(P<0.05），comparing to the left hip BMD six months before，there is no significant difference(P>0.05）。5.Making logistic regression analysis on theinfluence factors of postmenopausal osteoporosis and finding that there is significantdifference in BMI、pregnancy number、delivery number、age、age at menarche, menopauseage and menopause period （P<0.05）。Conclusion：1.The BMD of the postmenopausal women is lower than that ofpremenopausal.2.The BMD of postmenopausal women reduces gradually with theincreasing of menopausal period.3.There is difference in BMD distribution on both side ofthe forearms,the BMD is higher on the right side,we should pay attention to the leftforearm when we test.4.postmenopausal osteoporosis is influenced by many factors,BMI、pregnancy number、delivery number、age、age at menarche、menopause age andmenopause period are important influencing factors.
