Objective: To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Method of Oral Chinese herbstherapy for treating UC, and explore medication law, and observe the therapeutic effect andon the levels of serum Th1/Th2immune balance of Banxiaxiexin Decoction in rats withUlcerative Colitis (UC).Methods:①According to Evidence-Based Medicine,evaluate the effectiveness andsafety of Method of Oral Chinese herbs therapy for treating UC. Using Traditional ChineseMedicine Inheritance System(TCMIS)to analyze the composing principles of the chineseherbs for UC.②Following the Cochrane systematic review methods, retrieved clinicalrandomized, controlled trials of treating UC with Jiajian Banxiaxiexin decoction fromCNKI,CBM, VIP, WanFang, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials,Meta-analyses were performed by RevMan5.1software.③The model was established bymodified TNBS/ethanol method, in accordance with the general situation of the rats, thedisease activity index score(DAI), colon tissue the general injury score(CMDI),evaluation the treatment of Banxiaxiexin Decoction in UC rats, the levels ofserum IFN-γ, IL-4, TNF-α, CD4+, CD8+were detected by using ELISA, and Th1/Th2was calculated by IFN-γ/IL-4, CD4+/CD8+.Results:①The potency compatibility discovery there are12pairs in28commonly useddrugs for potency compatibility mode in cold-hot compatibility mode, cold-hotcompatibility mode is commonly used combination prescription compatibility.②JiajianBanxiaxiexin decoction has a better efficacy and safety.③The model group showedsignificantly higher in the DAI, CMDI score, Banxiaxiexin Decoction showed significantlylower than model group(P <0.05); The model group was significantly higher than the control group in Th1/Th2(P <0.05); Compared with the model group, BanxiaxiexinDecoction can significantly reduce CD4+/CD8+(P<0.05), IFN-γ/IL-4(P<0.01), betweengroups in terms of use drug did not show statistically significant.Conclusion:①The present evidences show that Banxiaxiexin decoction has a betterefficacy and safety.②The effect of Banxiaxiexin Decoction has a role in the treatment ofUC rats, its mechanism may be related to improved Th1/Th2imbalance.③It promptedBanxiaxiexin decoction improve Th1/Th2immune balance,which may be related to itscomprehensive adjustment function and cold-hot compatibility mode,it still need furtherstudy.
