Clinical Curative Effcet Observation Of Ultimate Colitis (Damp And Hot Accumulate Knot) With Pinellia Purgative Decoction Plus And Minus

Objective: this study aims to compare the clinical efficacy of pinellia decoction for treating ulcerative colitis(damp-heat accumulation type)with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets(5-aminosalicylic acid),and objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of pinellia decoction.So as to benefit more clinical patients.Methods: 60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 patients in each group.The treatment group was given pinellia xiexin decoction orally,and the control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets(5-aminosalicylic acid)orally.The two groups were given medication for four weeks.The scores of symptoms and signs of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the relevant observation indexes were statistically analyzed.Resul: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group(73.00%)(P The curative effect of TCM symptoms on mucous pus and blood defecation was very significant(P There were significant differences in diarrhea,dry mouth,oral pain,anal burning pain and abdominal pain(P 0.05).The difference in total scores of TCM symptoms between the two groups was statistically significant(P There were no adverse reactions in both groups during the treatment.Conclusion: mesalaqin enteric-coated tablet(5-aminosalicylic acid)has more significant clinical efficacy,efficacy and safety in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(damp-heat accumulation)with pinellia xiexin decoction.
