Clinical Observation About Yang Pao Soup And Letrozole On Treatment And Assisted Reproduction Of PCOS Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, Spleen Kidney Both Deficiency Syndrome

Object:Observe yang pao soup and letrozole assisted reproduction and treatment polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen kidney both deficiency syndrome clinical efficacy.Methods:60patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (30cases)began to ovarian yang pao soup at the seventh day of menstruation, water decoction, a dose of daily, morning and evening suit, even served12agent, at the same time began to take letrozole oral at the fifth day of menstruation,,each time1grain,1times a day, take5days. Control group (30cases)take letrozole oral at the fifth day of menstruation, each time1grain,1times a day, take5days. Treatment of three menstrual cycles, observing two groups of patients with ovulation rate, pregnancy rate and ovarian follicles and endometrial development situation.Results:This study observed60patients with polycystic ovary syndrome and spleen kidney both deficiency syndrome. After treatment, the treatment group total effectiveness93.33%, control group total effectiveness60.0%, after statistics processing difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Two groups of clinical symptoms after treatment, primary follicle diameter, endometrial thickness and blood LH, FSH, T, PRL, E2, LH/FSH were improved, P<0.05, with statistical significance. In traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptoms, primary follicle diameter, endometrial thickness and blood LH, FSH, T, LH/FSH, comparison between the two way, P<0.05, there is statistical significance, the treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. Pregnancies compared two groups, treatment group of17cases pregnancy, the pregnancy rate56.66%, control group in9cases of pregnancy, the pregnancy rate was30.00%, P<0.05, there is statistical significance, the pregnancy rate of treatment group is higher than the control group.Conclusion:Yang pao soup and letrozole can raise pregnancy rateby improving primary follicle diameter, intima thickness, BBT;and can improve the clinical symptoms of TCM of polycystic ovary syndrome, and female endocrine levels.
