| Objective:This study intends to study the clinical efficacy of three different treatment schemes of traditional Chinese and western medicine on infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome of spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.In addition,the differences of clinical symptoms and signs,serum sex hormones,periodic ovulation rate,endometrial thickness during ovulation and pregnancy rate are compared.Besides,it intends to adopt a complementary scheme to more effectively improve the clinical pregnancy rate of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility patients with spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome.Methods: Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility in the gynecology clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine,the Gynecology Clinic of Guangxi Academy of traditional Chinese Medicine and Mingxiu Branch of Guangxi International Zhuang Medical Hospital from December 2019 to September 2020 were randomly divided into three groups with 30 cases in each group.Western medicine group(Clomiphene group),traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)group(traditional Chinese medicine + Du-Moxibustion group)and integrated Chinese-western therapy group(clomiphene + traditional Chinese medicine +Du-Moxibustion group)were treated and observed for three menstrual cycles respectively.In addition,the results were analyzed and summarized after dealing with by the statistical method.Results:1.Comparison of age,course of disease and TCM syndrome score: before treatment,there was no significant difference in age,course of disease and TCM syndrome score before treatment(P > 0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of pregnancy rate: the pregnancy rate was 1.1% in western medicine group,1.1% in TCM group and 6.7% in integrated Chinese-western therapy group.There was significant difference between western medicine group and TCM group and integrated Chinese-western therapy group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between western medicine group and TCM group(P > 0.05).There was significant difference between integrated Chinese-western therapy group and western medicine group(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between integrated Chinese-western therapy group and TCM group(P < 0.05).It indicated that the pregnancy effect of integrated Chinese-western therapy group was better than that of western medicine group and TCM group,and the effect of western medicine group was the same as that of TCM group.3.Comparison of ovulation rate: A total of 88 cycles were treated in western medicine group,the number of ovulation cycles was 48,and the ovulation rate was 54.5%.In TCM group,a total of 89 cycles were treated,the number of ovulation cycles was 32,and the ovulation rate was 36.0%.There was significant difference between western medicine group and TCM group(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between integrated Chinese-western therapy group and western medicine group and B(P < 0.05).The effect of ovulation during treatment was the best in integrated Chinese-western therapy group,followed by western medicine group.4.Comparison of endometrial thickness during ovulation: the endometrial thickness during ovulation was improved between the integrated Chinese-western therapy group and TCM group before and after treatment which was significant difference(P<0.05),and the western medicine group had no effect on improving the endometrium during ovulation(P > 0.05).Comparisons were made amog groups,the results showed that the effect of Chinese-western therapy group and TCM group was better than that of Western medicine group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between Chinese-western therapy group and TCM group(P > 0.05).The results showed that the effect of integrated Chinese-western therapy group and TCM group have more advantages in improving the thickness of endometrium during ovulation.5.Comparison of serum sex hormones: compared with before and after treatment,the ratio of serum LH and LH/FSH in the three groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05);T did not decrease significantly.After treatment,the effect of reducing serum LH in western medicine group and ntegrated Chinese-western therapy group was better than that in TCM group(P < 0.05).The effect of western medicine group was similar to that of integrated Chinese-western therapy group(P > 0.05).The effect of serum reducing LH/FSH in integrated Chinese-western therapy group was better than that in western medicine group and TCM group(P < 0.05).The effect in western medicine group was similar to that in TCM group(P > 0.05).Western medicine group 、TCM group and integrated Chinese-western therapy group had no significant effect on serum T.The results showed that integrated Chinese-western therapy group had the best effect on improving the level of serum sex hormone in infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome of yang of both spleen and kidney syndrome.6.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: the TCM syndrome scores of the three groups were improved in varying degrees after treatment,and the treatment schemes of the three groups could improve the symptoms of spleen and kidney yang deficiency(P <0.01);There was significant difference among western medicine group,TCM group and integrated Chinese-western therapy group(P < 0.05),indicating that integrated Chinese-western therapy group had the best curative effect,followed by TCM group in improving the symptoms of spleen and kidney yang deficiency.7.Evaluation and comparison of comprehensive curative effect: The total effective rate of integrated Chinese-western therapy group was 90%,the cure rate was 3.33%,the total effective rate of TCM group was 63.33%,the cure rate was 3.33%,and the total effective rate of western medicine group was 60%,and the cure rate was 3.33% according to the criteria for judging the curative effect.There was significant difference among the three groups(P <0.05).There was significant difference between integrated Chinese-western therapy group and western medicine group and TCM group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between western medicine group and TCM group.The results showed that the effect of integrated Chinese-western therapy group in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility with spleen-kidney yang deficiency syndrome was better than that of western medicine group and B,but there was no significant difference between western medicine group and TCM group.Conclusions:the effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility with yang of both spleen and kidney syndrome is better than that of simple western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,and the total effective rate is 86.67%.The pregnancy rate,periodic ovulation rate,endometrial thickness during ovulation,serum sex hormone level and TCM symptoms were effectively improved.As a consequence,clomiphene + traditional Chinese medicine + Du-Moxibustion in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome infertility with yang of both spleen and kidney syndrome is worthy of clinical application. |
