Clinical Observation Of Pregnant Dan Syrup Combined With Letrozole In The Treatment Of Infertility With Kidney-Yang Deficiency Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:This subject observed the clinical efficacy of gestating Dan syrup combined with letrozole and daein-35 in the treatment of infertility with kidney-yang deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)by experiment,and preliminarily explored its mechanism of action on this disease,providing some scientific basis for the combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods:In this study,60 infertile patients with kidney-yang deficiency infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the outpatient and ward,and were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was given daein-35 combined with gestational Dan syrup and letrozole orally,and the western medicine group was given daein-35 combined with letrozole orally for continuous treatment of six menstrual cycles.The total clinical efficacy,average diameter of dominant follicles on ovulation day,endometrial thickness,cycle ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,TCM syndrome score and fluctuations in luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),testosterone(T),and luteinizing hormone(LH/FSH)levels.Results:1.Overall response:The total effective rate of the patients in the treatment group was 86.67%,and that in the control group was 56.67%.The comparison of the t otal efficacy of the patients in the two groups(P<0.05)showed a statistically sig nificant difference.It was concluded that the total clinical efficacy of the treatme nt group was better than that of the control group.2.Therapeutic effect of TCM symptoms:After six consecutive cycles of treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the control group was 60.00%.The comparison of TCM syndromes in the two groups was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.In comparison,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),showing statistically significant differences.3.Serum sex hormone fluctuations: the values of LH,FSH,T and LH/FSH in the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the values of LH,T and LH/FSH in the two groups after treatment were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(all P<0.05),which were statistically significant.After treatment,the improvement of indicators of LH,T and LH/FSH in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(all P <0.05).However,although there were fluctuations in the two groups before and after FSH treatment,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.Improvement of intrauterine thickness in the days of HCG injection:.After treat ment,the endometrial thickness of the combined treatment group was 8.39±0.75 mm,while the control group was 7.41±1.26 mm.The comparison between the two groups showed that the improvementof endometrial thickness in the treatment gro up was significantly different from that in the control group(P<0.05).5.Improvement of average diameter of dominant follicles in the day of HCG injection:After treatment,the average diameter of dominant follicles in the treatment group was 18.95±1.72 mm,while the control group was 18.25±1.65 mm.There was no statistically significant difference in the average diameter of dominant follicles between the two groups(P>0.05).6.Cycle ovulation rate and pregnancy rate: After treatment,The treatment group an d the control group ‘s cycle ovulation rate were 78.57%,66.27%,respectively.There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The pre gnancy rates in the treatment group and the control group were 50.00%,20.00%,r espectively.Conclusion:Through clinical observation to breed Daein-35 combined with letrozole and gesterone syrup treatment combined with kidney Yang deficiency type polycystic ovary syndrome infertility can improve clinical curative effect and endocrine hormone levels,effectively improve the syndromes of kidney Yang deficiency type PCOS patients,effectively improve patient ovulation day palace film thickness at the same time,may through improving the situation to improve pregnancy rates in patients with endometrial contain,and no adverse side effects appear,so you can think inoculation Dan syrup in terms of improvement of kidney Yang deficiency type PCOS infertility have certain curative effect.Moreover,it is safe and effective in the clinical treatment of infertility with kidney-yang deficiency polycystic ovary syndrome in combination with letrozole.
