Research purposesCurrent conventional surgical treatment of breast cancer axillary lymph nodedissection is OK, however, the relatively early stage breast cancer axillary lymph nodedissection does not improve survival in patients, and postoperative complications weremore common. Breast cancer sentinel lymph node biopsy is feasible to replace axillarylymph node dissection is the international research hotspot. This study aimed to verify thesentinel lymph node biopsy in early breast cancer axillary lymph node dissection guidefeasibility.Research Methods46cases have been through breast lumpectomy, intraoperative frozen diagnosed asbreast cancer patients, using methylene blue as a tracer tracer. Intraoperative first modifiedradical mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection routine (axillary lymph nodedissection, ALND), after methylene blue as a tracer to find the sentinel lymph node.Pathological paraffin sentinel lymph node biopsy and axillary lymph nodes, right afterlooking blue-stained sentinel lymph node labeled (sentinel lymph node biopsy, SLN), afterthe undyed marked as non-sentinel lymph node (non-sentinel lymph node biopsy, nSLN),detection of sentinel lymph node and axillary lymph node metastasis degrees are the same,and SLN and nSLN pathology results were statistically analyzed.Results46cases of breast cancer detected in44cases of successful sentinel lymph nodedetection rate of95.65%, per patient ranged detected1-4, were detected in117with anaverage of2.65.44patients SLN metastasis in19cases, the positive rate was43.18%. lcases SLN metastasis negative and nSLN metastasis or false negative, false negative rateof5.00%. The accuracy of SLNB sensitivity was95.00%97.73%. ConclusionsSLNB can accurately predict early breast cancer axillary lymph node metastasis, issafe and feasible, may make SLN-negative early breast cancer patients avoid unnecessaryALND, there is a high clinical application value.
