Clinical Study On The Effect Of Invigorating Kidney And Regulating Menstruation Method Combined With Diane-35Treating PCOS Accompanied Hyperandrogenism

Objective:Through clinical research,intend to observe the effect Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Menstruation Method combined with Diane-35in the treatment of kidney-Deficiency type of Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) accompanied hyperandrogenism,and provide a theoretical basis for clinical treatment.Methods:Clinical research:select60Patients with PCOS accompanied hyperandrogenism as the research object,and were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (Diane-35group)30cases, the treatment group (Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Menstruation Method combined with Diane-35)30cases, the treatment of three-month menstrual cycle.The levels in serum of T,LH,FSH,E2,SHBG,DHEAS were assayed.The information,such as Pattern of their menstruation,fatness,acne,hairiness and so on,Polycystic ovarian symptom improvement of B ultrasound was collected from pretherapy.Observed the kidney deficiency syndrome changes before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was86.67%,control group was60.00%,the total effective rate in treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).After the treatment,The treatment group can obviously improve the kidney deficiency syndrome and hairiness, which was significantly higher in group control (P<0.01). The treatment group can obviously improve acne and other symptoms, reduce serum T、LH、LH/FSH、DHEAS levels, increase the level of SHBG and E2. Which was significantly higher in group control (P<0.05). The treatment group can regulate menstruation and reduce the value of BMI, but no significant difference with the control group.Conclusion:The method of Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Menstruation combined with Diane-35in the treatment of kidney-Deficiency type of PCOS accompanied hyperandrogenism, by regulating the hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis function,can effectively improve the patient’s level of endocrine hormone,reduce T,LH,LH/FSH,DHEAS levels,elevated SHBG and E2level,regulate menstruation, improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, obesity,acne,hairiness and promote ovulation.The overall effect of the treatment group was better than control group,Invigorating Kidney and Regulating Menstruation Method combined with Diane-35treatment of PCOS accompanied hyperandrogenism clinical curative effect is certainly.
