Clinicai Research On Kidney Nourishing Yin Method Combined With Diane-35 In Treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Menstrual Disorder

Objective: This study selected in the March 2017 period since December 2017 to meet the inclusion criteria of polycystic ovary syndrome patients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of TCM gynecology clinic,adopt the method of randomized controlled trials,divided into Chinese medicine group,western medicine group and Chinese and Western medicine group,20 cases in each.Traditional Chinese medicine for treatment of kidney yin and kidney yin method in western medicine group was given combined with Diane-35 treatment,western medicine group were treated with Diane-35 treatment,treatment of 3 menstrual cycles respectively.After the statistical method,the comparative analysis and summary were carried out.Methods:This study choose in December 2017 to March 2017 to the first affiliated hospital of guangxi medical university during gynecological clinics accords with the standard set of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,adopts the method of randomized controlled trials,divided into Chinese medicine control group,the Chinese and western medicine treatment group and western medicine control group,20 cases each.The control group of traditional Chinese medicine was treated with kidney nourishing and nourishing Yin,and the Chinese and western medicine treatment group was treated with the treatment of kidney-nourishing Yin and nourishing Yin,and the western medicine control group was treated with Diane-35.The comparison and analysis were conducted by statistical method.Results:1.The comparison of the comprehensive efficacy: according to the comprehensive curative effect criterion,the total effective rate of Chinese and Western medicine group was 90%,the cure rate was 30%,the total effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 68.4%,the cure rate was 10.5%,the total effective rate of Western medicine group was 73.6%,and the cure rate was 10.5%.The difference between the three groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).The difference between Chinese and Western medicine group was statistically significant compared with the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(p<0.05).The effect of Chinese and Western Medicine Group on kidney yin deficiency type PCOS is better than that of the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome score: the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were improved in three groups before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05),indicating that the Chinese and Western medicine group was superior to the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group in improving TCM symptoms.3.Menstrual cycle: three groups of patients before and after treatment,three groups of patients with menstrual cycle were all improved to some extent(p<0.05),and the western medicine group in improving the menstrual cycle is better than the traditional Chinese medicine group of PCOS patients(p<0.05),western medicine group,Chinese medicine group better than menstruation cycle(p<0.05).4.Sex hormone: after treatment,three groups of patients with serum T,LH and LH/FSH were lower than before(p<0.05);FSH after treatment than before no significant change(p<0.05);comparison between groups of serum T,LH,LH/FSH after treatment: Western medicine group and Western medicine group T,LH,LH/FSH lower level effects were superior to the traditional Chinese medicine group(p<0.05);western medicine group and Western medicine group decreased T,LH,LH/FSH between the level of the effect is not obvious(p<0.05).5.Acne score comparison: after treatment,acne symptoms of the three groups were all improved than before(p<0.05).The effect of Chinese and Western Medicine on acne is better than that of Western medicine group and Chinese medicine group(p<0.05).The integral of the three groups of patients 3 months of menstrual cycle and TCM syndrome 6.Follow-up observation after treatment,the three groups had statistical significance after treatment,the menstrual cycle difference(p<0.05),the western medicine group improved menstrual cycle is better than Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(p<0.05);the three groups had statistical significance after treatment of TCM syndrome integral difference(p<0.05),the western medicine group to improve the symptoms of TCM is superior to traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group(p<0.05).The results showed that the Chinese and Western medicine group had a better effect on the adjustment of the menstrual cycle and the improvement of clinical symptoms.Conclusion: The results show that the three kinds of treatment are effective for kidney yin deficiency in patients with PCOS,which was combined with Diane-35 in the treatment of kidney yin and kidney yin deficiency type PCOS of TCM symptoms improved significantly and the menstrual cycle,serum T,LH and LH/FSH ratio level effect,and in the 3 months after drug withdrawal can also maintain a relatively regular period cycle,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,effective treatment of kidney yin deficiency PCOS.Through the whole dialectical treatment,Chinese medicine can regulate the body and cooperate with western medicine,which can play a synergistic role,improve the curative effect and improve the related symptoms,and is worthy of clinical application.
