Objective:To observe the effect of Qiangxin preparation on Signs and symptoms、heart color ultrasound、BNP、NYHA cardiac functional grading and6minutes walk test in patients with chronic heart failure, and explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Qiangxin preparation in the treatment of chronic heart failure, provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of chronic heart failure by Qiangxin preparation.Method:44heart failure patients from Inpatient or outpatient department of Cardiology of our hospital who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were divided into the treatment group and the control group,22cases every group. The control group according to the guidelines recommended the use of conventional western medicine treatment; the treatment group was treated with Qiangxin preparation Based on conventional treatment of Western medicine.(Composition:Zhi Huangqi20g,Dan Fupian10g, Dang Shen20g,Mai Dong10g,Che Qiancao20g,Dan Shen20g,Ting Li zi20g), dosage of Qiangxin preparation was adjusted according to the specific situation of each patient. Take one dose every day, divided into200ml each to take morning and night, taking3months in a row. Observe two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM syndrome, the improvement of heart function, echocardiography results (LVIDd, LVIDs, LVEDV, LVESV, EF), BNP,6minutes walk test, Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire, and the assessment of drug safety.Results:1. Results:the two groups of patients before treatment, age, gender, disease duration, primary disease, TCM syndrome integral, Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire, grade of heart function, BNP,6minutes walk test, echocardiogram were of no significant difference (P>0.05), with comparable;2. Compared with before treatment and after treatment, symptom score, the heart function, Minnesota living with heart failure questionnaire scale scores and6minutes walking distance of the patients in the two groups were significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group compared with the control group, improved more significantly, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05);3. Compared with before treatment and after treatment, two groups of patients with BNP were decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), after treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, no significant difference (P>0.05);4. Compared with before treatment and after treatment, two groups of patients with LVEF improved significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), LVIDd, LVIDs, LVEDV, LVESV were no significant change, no significant difference (P>0.05); after the treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, no significant difference was found in LVIDd, LVIDs, LVEDV, LVESV, LVEF (P>0.05);5. Before and after the treatment, the general project(blood pressure, pulse, heart rate, respiration) and safety indexes(liver and kidney function, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine) of two groups of patients were in the normal range, and two group of patients in the process of study have no adverse reactions to drugs.Conclusion:1. Compared with the basis of routine treatment plus the use of Qiangxin preparation and Western medicine treatment, the former can further relieve symptoms and signs, improve heart function, improve exercise tolerance and the quality of life, treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine and Western Medicine is better than pure western medicine on chronic heart failure.2. Before and after the treatment, the general project(blood pressure, pulse, heart rate, respiration) and safety indexes(liver and kidney function, blood routine, urine routine, stool routine) of two groups of patients were in the normal range, and two group of patients in the process of study have no adverse reactions to drugs. So use of Qiangxin preparation combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic heart failure is safe and reliable, worthy of clinical reference and further popularization.
