Application Of Oxytocin Receptor Antagonists Combined With Lymphocyte Active Immune Therapy In IVF

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative effect of the application of oxytocinreceptor antagonists combined with active lymphocyte immunizationduring IVF-ET in patients who previously suffered from repeated IVF-ETfailure and recurrent spontaneous abortion; To explore the cause,diagnosis and treatment of abortion and repeatedly pregnancy failure.MethodsFrom January2012to January2013，total96couples came toShenyang204hospital for IVF-ET, all the wives had suffered fromrecurrent spontaneous abortion and received IVF-ET treatment in6months,they were randomly divided into two groups,48patients got IVF-ET afterreceived a single dose of37.5mg/100mL oxytocin receptor antagonists (Atosiben Acetate Injection) bolus injection30minutes before theprocedure of embryo implantation, and then continuously bolus injectionfor2hours afterward combined with active lymphocyte immune injectionas the observation group,48patients got IVF-ET after receiving activelymphocyte immune, as control group; The difference of the clinical effect of the treatment between the two groups was compared and statisticallyanalyzed.Result1．48patients in the study group,27cases got success pregnancy, totalpregnancy rate was56.25%. There are14cases have successful delivery,the live birth rate was29.16%.2．48patients in the control group,15cases got successful pregnancy,successful pregnancy rate was31.25%. Among them,5patients weresuccessfully delivered, the live birth rate was10.42%.the clinical effect of the treatment group were significantly higherthan the control group, there was a significant difference between the twogroups, with statistical significance (P＜0.05).Conclusionuterus stress can be effectively inhibited in patient who receivedIVF-ET during embryo transplantation because of previously oxytocinreceptor antagonists injection, and thereby improve the conditions ofembryonic implantation and increase the pregnancy rate.
