Purpose:Through the correlative literature for migraine, by promoting blood circulationto remove blood stasis treatments for migraine blood stasis syndrome patients with clinicalobservation, to preliminary evaluation of promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasistreatments for migraine (blood stasis syndrome) in the clinical curative effect. Methods: the study of48cases of migraine (blood stasis syndrome) patients wereincluded in this clinical trial, through the study by using randomized, controlled clinical trials. In this experiment,48patients with migraine were randomly divided into treatment group (24cases) and control group (24cases). Treatment group was treated with the proposedpromoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis (exemption decoct particles), daily1agent,is divided into morning and2times of oral; Control group patients take Xuefu Zhuyu Granulel,6g each time,3times daily oral; Observed8weeks treatment, compared before and aftertreatment of clinical symptoms and analyzed. Results: after statistical analysis of the curative effect, the preliminary test proves thatpromoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis method in migraine pain (blood stasissyndrome) in patients with symptoms, signs play a significant role. Curative effect onmigraine with statistical analysis, the treatment group total effectiveness83.33%, controlgroup total effectiveness70.83%, the curative effect is observed in both groups, there was nosignificant difference compared with two groups of curative effect of significance (P>0.05),shows that the curative effect of treatment group curative effect to the control group; Afterstatistical analysis to improve the TCM syndrome, the treatment group total effectiveness91.67%, control group total effectiveness79.17%, after the two groups to improve the TCMsyndrome observation, there was no significant difference compared with two groups ofcurative effect (P>0.05), the curative effect of curative effect in treatment group and controlgroup. Conclusion: the method for activating blood circulation on the treatment of migraine(blood stasis syndrome) patients, can significantly improve symptoms in patients with migraine (blood stasis syndrome), signs and syndromes, the curative effect, have furtherdevelopment, the promotion of the value.
