Objective:.Knowing dalian women cervical human papilloma virus (HPV) infectionstatus and genetic subtypes distribution characteristics can can provide clinical basis forthe prevention and therapy of cervical disease and Prophylactic HPV vaccinedevelopment of the region.Understand human papilloma virus (HPV) subtypes incervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) in patients with distribution and observe thecorrelation between high risk type HPV subtypes distribution and lesions degree ofCIN.Comparison of taper cutting of different type don’t high risk type HPV overcastrate after differences, analyze the HPV infection is associated with HPV type don’t, aswell as the related influence factors of high-risk type HPV overcast.Methods:12000cases of women in dalian area from gynecological clinics and physicalexamination for HPV testing with nucleic acid molecular rapid diversion hybrid genechip classification technology (HybriMax), and analyze the HPV subtypes, infectionrate and age distribution.Collected the patients diagnosis of CIN from multi-pointbiopsy under colposcope in the12000cases of women, record its HPV genotypingresults, analysis the correlation between high risk type HPV subtypes from cervicalintraepithelial neoplasia of patients and the degree of cervical lesions.Collect thecervical cone cutting CIN2~3postoperative patients, understand the patients’ age,production times, menstruation, family history, smoking, drinking and sex lifeafter.Records of patients with preoperative subtypes of HPV infection, colposcopybiopsy pathology results, operation method and the cut edge condition, six months afterline HR HPV genotyping detection.Analysis of HPV positive situation and thecorrelation of various factors.Result:1. In12000cases of women, the detection of HPV positive for2919cases, infection rate was24.33%..HPV genotypes in the top five are HPV16type, type HPV58,HPV52type, type HPV33, HPV53type.A single subtype infection of2283cases,accounting for78.21%of the positive cases, accounting for19.03%of the total.Multipleinfection of636cases, accounting for21.79%of the positive cases, accounting for5.30%of the total.HPV infection on age distribution has two peaks, respectively, in lessthan20years old group and55to60years old group, HPV infection was statisticallysignificant difference with other age groups(P>0.05).2. Collected320cases of CIN in12000cases of female patients,274in CINpatients HPV positive cases, infection rate of85.63%. HPV genotypes in the top fivewas followed by HPV16type, type HPV58, HPV33type and HPV52type and HPV31type. Infection types to a single subtype infection is given priority to, accounting for78.83%of the positive cases.Accounted for67.50%of the total.58patients with mixedinfection, accounting for21.17%of the positive cases, accounting for18.13%of thetotal.HPV16,31type of infection among patients with different degrees of CINdetection rate was statistically significant.Using logistic regression analysis eachsubtype of HPV infection and cervical lesion degree of correlation, HPV16type, type,31have statistical significance.3. In collecting the data of320patients with cin complete CIN2~391cases ofpatients, preoperative all HR-HPV infection. Six months after line HR HPV genotypingdetection. Record patients’ age, production, operation, pathology, cut edge status,smoking, drinking and sex information such as situation, analysis of various factors turnHPV infection and postoperative correlation.Conclusions:1. Dalian opportunistic screening of HPV infection rate is high infemale, HPV16、58、52、33、53is the main infection subtypes,HPV infection in the agedistribution has two peaks-less than25years old group and55-60years old group.2. the main subtype infection type of CIN patients is HPV16、58、33、52、31.HPV16type promote the progress of cervical lesion severity.3The cervical cone cutting technique is an effective treatment for CIN2~3patients HPV infection. Sexual life within Postoperative half year and positive cuttingedge state is risk factors for HPV infection.
