The control group received medication. After the end of treatment, the curative effect evaluation standard, Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale and the SF-36scale evaluation of clinical efficacy.Results:(1) Baseline before treatment in two groups showed no statistical difference:gender, age, course of disease, Athens Insomnia Scale, the SF-36scale score (p>0.05), with comparable.(2) before and after the treatment were compared between groups:two groups of curative effect evaluation standard scale showed no significant difference (p>0.05), SF-36scale, Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) of the discomfort in sleep quality, sleep time, sleep time, sleep efficiency, after waking, and there was significant difference in the total score of PSQI.(P<0.05).(3) were compared before and after treatment in treatment group:experimental group:PSQI scores were compared before and after the index had significant differences (P<0.05), a statistically significant difference in SF-36quality of life scale items (P<0.01) are. Control group:the treatment of PSQI scores were compared before and after the index had significant differences (P<0.05), a statistically significant difference in SF-36quality of life scale items (P<0.01) are.(4) compared the follow-up group:two groups of curative effect evaluation standard had no statistical difference (p>0.05), Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) in sleep quality, sleep time and PSQI score index on two groups of significant, other indexes had no statistical difference. SF-36score had significant difference (p<0.05).(5) compared the follow-up group: experimental group:experimental group after treatment and follow-up evaluation standard of curative effect was no difference in Statistics (p>0.05). Treatment of experimental group after scoring and follow-up PSQI sleep time, sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction index does not exist significant difference (P>0.05); there are significant difference in other indexes (P<0.05) SF-36score showed no significant difference (p>0.05). Control group:the control group after treatment and follow-up evaluation standard of curative effect was no difference in Statistics (p>0.05). The control treatment group after follow-up PSQI score and sleep time, sleep efficiency daytime dysfunction index does not exist significant difference (P>0.05); there are significant difference in other indexes (P<0.05). SF-36score showed no significant difference (p>0.05).Conclusion:1.Total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. 2.Two groups of treatment can effectively improve the symptoms of cancer patients with insomnia and improve the quality of life, and the treatment group in improving the quality of life of patients than the control group, while in the improvement of insomnia symptoms in two sets of efficacy.3. Follow-up results showed that treatment two groups have long-term effects on the symptoms of cancer patients to improve quality of life and improve insomnia, and the test group was better than control group.
