Observation Over The Efficacy Of Qixingdan In Promoting Wound Surface Healing After Low-set Simple Anal Fistula Surgery

Objective:It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Qixingdan for promoting wound surface healing after low-set simple anal fistula surgery.Methods:The60patients who fit the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group。Both started the first dressing on the next day after surgery,30cases of treatment group with flying cloth with Radix yarn dressing Qixing Dan, the control group of30patients using Radix yarn dressing。Two groups were observed and recorded after2,4,7,14days, the pain of wound granulation growth, and record all the cases healed. Then the results were analyzed using statistical software.Results:by statistical analysis, two groups of patients before treatment (i.e. after the next day before dressing) P>0.05, without significant difference, two groups of data were comparable with each other; after4,7,14days, the growth of granulation and wound pain were compared,after4,7days,two groups of wound pain data difference statistical significance (P<0.05), after14days,two groups of wound pain data,without significant difference(P>0.05);after4days,two groups of the growth of granulation,without significant difference(P>0.05),after7,14days,two groups of the growth of granulationdata difference statistical significance (P<0.05).the treatment group was significantly better than the control group in a certain period of time. The healing time of the two groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:Qixing Dan has cured rot, myogenic effect, to reduce the pain of wound, promote wound granulation, has better clinical curative effect to shorten the time of wound healing.
