Objective: To explore the change of homocysteine in coronaryatherosclerotic patients and provide basis for the diagnosis and treatment ofcoronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD). Methods:96patients withcoronary atherosclerotic, according to the degree of coronary arterystenosis separated into three groups, and physical examination group wereselected randomly in the study. Then detected Hcy with the same method. Results: The levels of Hcy in coronary atherosclerotic group were higherthan physical examination group(p<0.01).The levels between the groups ofdifferent degrees of coronary atherosclerotic disease were significantdifferent(p<0.01),the level of Hcy increased as the degrees of coronaryatherosclerotic worsen. Conclusion: Hcy will be an indicator for thediagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic and provide important basis for theassessment of the severity in patients with CHD. |
