The Clinical Research On Unstable Angina Pectoirs Of Elderly Women With Coronary Heart Disease By The Method Of Reinforcing The Kidney And Strengthening The Spleen And Promoting The Qi And Activating The Blood

Objective:To evaluate the effects of reinforcing the kidney and strengthening thespleen and promting the qi and activating the blood on the deficiency of both kidney andspleen, and phlegm stagnation in collaterals of the elderly women unstable angina patientswith coronary heart disease, and investigate the mechanism of it. Methods: Divided60elderly female unstable angina patients into two groups equally. A group named treatmentgroup, B group named control group. We gave Bu Shen Jian Pi Tang to A group besideswestern medicine for one month. For B group, we only used the same western medicine.When the treatment cycle was over, we observed the effects of Chinese materia medica.Indexes including frequency of angina pectoris attacks, total ischemia burden of dynamicelectrocardiogram, estrogen, blood-fat, the function of blood vessel endothelium,high-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein of blood serum were measured respectively. Results:Bu Shen Jian Pi Tang obviously decreased the anginal frequency and the TIB, and theexpression of E2、TC、TG、LDL-C、LP(a)、ET-1、hs-CRP. It also increased the level ofNO. Conclusion:Bu Shen Jian Pi Tang has good effect to the elderly female patients ofUnstable Angina. Through this research we think the mechanism including such aspects:improving the metabolic disorder of blood-fat, protecting the blood vessel endothelium,stabling the plaque, promoting thromboclasis, ect. In a word, this formula can preventmyocardial infarction、heart-stroke.
