Objective:Starting from the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine, combinedwith the treatment of syndrome differentiation of viscera, so as to observe the effct ofclinical path about TCM treatment of ADHD and provide reference evidence for TCMdifferentiation standard unification of the disease.Methods:In order to formulate a unified questionnaire,we refer to the attention deficithyperactivity disorder of the state administration of traditional Chinese medicine "(keyspecialty cooperative group of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) TCMdiagnosis and treatment program (Trial)".We collecte the clinical data of the researchobject to establish the information database,and build the database.We choose SPSS16.0statistical software to analyze the data and use paired t test for all kinds of test score beforeand after treatment.Result: This study collected30cases of children with ADHD.But it has dropped3cases because of lost.So we have finished27cases of children with ADHD about theclinical path.We treated those27cases of children with ADHD with the syndromedifferentiation according to the State Administration of traditional Chinese medicinespecialist focus group " attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) TCM diagnosisand treatment program (Trial)".The results of the effect of treatment:0cases were cured(0%), effective in5cases (18.5%), effective in21cases (77.8%), invalid in1cases(3.7%), recovery rate is18.5%, the total effective rate was96.3%. So we see that it isexact about the effect of treatment of infantile hyperkinetic syndrome.The clinical path isreasonable and effective. Conclusion: Through the observation of clinical curative effect of27cases of childrenwith ADHD, it is defined that the Chinese medicine treatment of this disease is effective.Itprovides the objective evidence for TCM medicine and provides a reference evidence forTCM differentiation standard unification of the disease.
