Objective: This paper aimed at establishing information database ofhypertention-related cases based on studying the ancient and current hypertention medicalcases. Through data mining methods such as rough set theory,χ2test or rank sum test andthe non-conditional logistic regression analysis, analysizing the database information andfinding out the therapy regularity of live-fire ascending syndrome.Methods:(1) Collecting data.Collect the ancient and current documentation and set upa database about hypertention.(2) Sorting data.Symptoms were treated with Languagestandardization processing and quantitative assignment, and then establish the informationdatabase of syndromes and prescriptions,including the live-fire ascending syndrome andthe non-live-fire ascending syndrome of hypertention.(3) Data analysis of the syndromes.Frequency analysis is used for the live-fire ascending syndromes.Then reduce thesyndromes via Rosetta software to achieve the important ones.Later,the information ofdecision rules are fomed through Rosetta to get the definite rules of the live-fireascending syndrome.(4) Establish the discriminative model.rank-sum-set or chi square testto select the differential syndromes,which then establish the best discriminative model ofthe live-fire ascending syndrome via non-conditional logistic regression analysis.Thusproviding the basis for syndromes objectification.(5) Data analysis of the prescriptions.Establish hypertension suffered inflammation on the certificate database, the formulasusing SPSS19.0analysis the frequency and frequency of drug; Using Rosetta softwareJohnson algorithm for attribute reduction, and get a higher frequency of important drugs;Using association rules Apriori algorithm to find a high frequency of drug and drug groupssuch as drug compatibility information, explore suffered hypertension medication regularity of inflammation on the card.Results:1. Hypertension syndrome information database is established and druginformation database.2. Using the theory of rough set reduction suffered hypertension oninflammatory conditions of the license attribute, attribute reduction results for dizziness,headache, head bilges, face is red, red eyes, dry mouth, mouth pain, tinnitus, insomnia,nausea, neck stiffness, pain, heart palpitations, dreams, the sweat, Sou, constipation,tongue is red, red and dark tongue, moss thin yellow, yellow moss, pulse number and pulsestrings are fine, pulse string, and pulse number. On this basis, the application of Rosettadrew362certainty of decision rules, which are rules251, dizziness, headache, head bilges,bitter mouth, red face, tinnitus, insomnia, much dream, hard stool, red tongue, pulse stringfrequency is higher, so get suffered hypertension on inflammatory syndrome diagnosisexpert knowledge.3. USES the unconditioned Logistic stepwise regression methodselection variables, finally obtained the regression equation mathematical model,irritability, red eyes, head bilges, threats, insomnia, pain, Sou chek pulse string as the bestdiagnosis model of the proposed model. Upon examination positive predictive accuracy of82.7%and negative predictive accuracy of84.7%, suffered for hypertension oninflammatory syndrome diagnosis provides the objective basis.4. Through associationrules and other analysis methods, found the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine on thetreatment of hypertension suffered phlogistic card prescription drug laws, suffered highblood pressure is deduced on the therapeutic principle to nourish Yin send fire, yangxinnerves to give priority to.5. Through the analysis of two typical medical record, datamining results in hypertension suffered on the certificate of clinical diagnosis andtreatment have great guidance value.Conclusion:Suffered this research established hypertension on inflammatorysyndrome TCM syndrome, clinical information database, use data mining technology toanalyze hypertension suffered inflammation on the distribution regularity of the syndromesand syndrome identification characteristics of elements and using the formulas, build aconcise, standard syndromes identification and system, the formulas for hypertensionsuffered inflammation on the certificate of specification of syndromes and thecompatibility rule provides the basis, the formulas have guidance value for clinicaldiagnosis and treatment of the disease.
