Objectives:Through observating a certain number of CHD of Qi deficiency andblood stasis syndrome,make a preliminary discussion of evolution before and after theinterventional therapy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type;effect of TCM syndromedifferentiation in patients after PCI Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome score and leftventricular ejection fraction、left ventricular diameter、E/A、left ventricular posterior wallthickness.Methods: Collect conforms to the selected standard clinical data of the patients withCHD, syndrome differentiation by hand, truthfully fill out a questionnaire, establishrelevant database.Analysis the evolution before and after the interventional therapy of qideficiency and blood stasis type;effection of TCM syndrome differentiation in patientsafter PCI Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome score and left ventricular ejectionfraction、left ventricular diameter、E/A、left ventricular posterior wall thickness.Using thestatistical package SPSS Version l7.0for XP for statistical analysis.Using descriptivestatistics,measurement data based on mean±standard deviation (x±s),measurement databetween the two groups are compared using the t test, count data use rate orproportion(%).Count data are compared using chi-square test,P<0.05indicate asignificant.Results: PCI preoperative TCM syndrome type of CHD, syndrome of blood stasis125times (67.2%),105times (56.5%) of Qi deficiency.1week after PCI, syndrome ofblood stasis123times (67.6%),111times (60.9%) of Qi deficiency.8weeks after PCI, Qideficiency syndrome127times (73.0%),102times of blood stasis syndrome (58.6%). PCItechnique can significantly reduce the Qi deficiency heart palpitations flustered, fatigue less gas lazy words, shortness of breath and chest tightness poor integral, but to reducesweating, anorexia, loose stool, Yaoxisuanruan, insomnia, pale complexion, pale tonguemore pale with integral teeth marks, weak pulse or knot generation improvement is notobvious. PCI technique can significantly reduce the integral of blood stasis of angina, butnot to decrease the integral vein varicose and pulse quality, lip, tongue tongue. PCItechnique can effectively improve the patients with LVEF value, E/A value. Effect of PCIon patients with reduced LV value is not obvious. PCI was significantly reduced in patientswith LVPW value effect on.Conclusion: PCI technique could significantly improve the postoperative symptomsof qi deficiency, relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris, and to effectively prevent thedevelopment of ventricular hypertrophy, play an important role in improving heartfunction.
