| Objective：To probe the reasons of the infertility due to LPD, evaluating theefficiency and to study the principle of Bushen yangjing decoction and Huoxue decoction,so that explore the mechanism of its efficacy initially.Methods：62cases of patients with infertility due to LPD were randomly divided intothe treatment group and the control group,31cases of the former group, sequential use ofBushen yangjing decoction and Huoxue decoction; while31cases of the latter group,sequential take of Liuwei dihuang soft capsules, Huanshao capsules and Tiaojing yimucapsules, the two groups were observed in patients by clinical symptoms, the grades ofHPS and the female serum such as E2, P, PRL.Results：(1)After treatment, the treatment group was different with the control groupin the rate of pregnancy(P＜0.05); the treatment group was different with the control groupin the clinical symptoms grades of TCM(P＜0.05); the treatment group was different withthe control group in the grades of HPS(P＜0.05);(2) After treatment, the groups were bothdifferent with themselves before the treatment in the level of E2(P＜0.01);the treatmentgroup was significantly different with the control group in the level of P(P＜0.01); thegroups were both different with themselves before the treatment in the level of PRL(P＜0.01), and significantly different with each other(P＜0.01);(3)After treatment, the groupswere both different with themselves before the treatment in RI(P＜0.01), and significantlydifferent with each other(P＜0.01); the groups were both different with themselves beforethe treatment in PI(P＜0.01). Conclusion：LPD is a kind of disorder in the HPOA, with a syndrome of clinicalperformance for essence deficiency and blood stagnation, and Bushen yangjing decoctionand Huoxue decoction are mainly Bushen Huoxue kind of soups to adjust the HPOA tobalance, indicating that the treatment group was more effective than the control group inimprovements of clinical symptoms grades of TCM,the grades of HPS and the femaleserums,etc. |
