Clinical Study Of Bushen Yangjing Decoction In Treating Recurrent Abortion With Luteal Insufficiency

Objective:Through the clinical application of the instructor’ s experience-Bushen Yangjing Recipe,pre-pregnancy intervention for patients with early-stage recurrent spontaneous abortion of luteal dysfunction type of pregnancy-deficient kidney deficiency syndrome,combined with post-pregnancy miscarriage treatment,analysis of the observation indicators of the study subjects Influence,evaluate its clinical effect,provide effective Chinese medicine and research ideas for clinical treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion in gestational dysfunction.Method:Seventy patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 35 patients in each group.The treatment group:Pre-pregnancy Chinese medicine Bushen Yangjing Recipe,and the control group:pre-pregnancy dydrogesterone tablets,continuous treatment 3 menstrual cycle.The re-pregnancy of the two groups of subjects after the end of treatment was observed.The intrauterine pregnancy patients were given Chinese medicine Shoutai Pills plus dydrogesterone tablets for miscarriage treatment,and the Chinese medicine prescription was adjusted according to the symptoms of threatened abortion and progesterone levels.And the dose of dydrogesterone until the 12th week of pregnancy,the ectopic pregnancy to take appropriate treatment measures.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparing the TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment,the progesterone levels in the luteal phase,the blood β-HCG,progesterone levels after pregnancy,and the pregnancy outcome.Result:①In the treatment group,28 cases had successful fetus,5 cases failed to prevent fetus;20 cases in the control group were successful,and 12 cases failed,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.②After treatment,the total scores of TCM symptoms were compared.The patients in the treatment group were lower than the control group.Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.③After treatment,the progesterone levels in the luteal phase were higher in the treatment group than in the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.④ The blood β-HCG and progesterone levels were higher in the treatment group than in the control group at 35 days after pregnancy,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Pre-pregnancy intervention for Bushen Yangjing can effectively improve the symptoms of TCM in patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion caused by kidney deficiency type luteal dysfunction,improve the efficacy of TCM syndrome,improve the progesterone level in the luteal phase,and improve the patient’s protection with post-pregnancy miscarriage treatment.Fetal success rate.
