Clinical Research On The Effect Of Homemade Wen Shen Jian Pi Priscription Treating Female Hyposexuality

Objective: Study the clinical curative effect and mechanism of homemade Wen ShenJian Pi prescription,which treat the female hyposexuality of Spleen kidney Yangdeficiency type.Methods: The treatment group take the homemade Wen Shen Jian Piprescription, control group taking Ritalin(phosphate Ritalin tablet).the two groups wereperformed during the drug treatment of psychological counseling, centralized sexy trainingand orgasmic feel training,1～2times a week. Randomly select the35patients and33cases respectively from the treatment group and control group to observe before and aftertreatment. Contrast before and after treatment of the symptoms, signs and changes in thelevel of endocrine change. Results: Treatment group of female hyposexuality of Spleenkidney Yang deficiency type total effective rate was91.4%, the control group totaleffective rate was81.8%. There was significant different between the treatment group andcontrol group of contrast P<0.01. That means homemade Wen Shen Jian Pi priscriptionhave particularly effective in treatment of female hyposexuality of Spleen kidney Yangdeficiency type. Meanwhile, the level of serum E2, P, and had significantly increase. FSHand LH were increased slightly. PRL changed little. Conclusion: The E2and P and T ofsexual desire hypoesthesia patients were at lower level, homemade Wen Shen Jian Piprescription could adjust the metabolism of E2,P,T,FSH and LH of patients withKidney-asthenia and liver depression type sexual desire hypoesthesia.
