Clinical Experience Of The Medial Knee With Single-incision And Douhle-plates Fixation For The Treatment To Schatzker Ⅳ Pluteau Fracture

Objective: Analysis the cases of Schatzker Ⅳ plateau fractureBy surgical treatment，observe the clinical effects. Methods: This study from Shandong university of Chinesemedicine cases affiliated hospitals orthopedic trauma ward from September2010toOctober2012,16patients of the Schatzker Ⅳ plateau fracture with medial kneesingle-incision and double-plates fixation. Among them male11, female5, average age35.2(17to55year). The fall injury8cases, traffic accident injury5cases, crash3cases.Preoperative combined with clinical and imaging material to assess symptoms in patients,especially the soft tissue, determine the right operation time. The short term unable tosurgery patients, all to drive up limb, parallel traction with bone.Postoperative functionalassessment of the effects were observed by Rasmussen function score Rating. Results:Thepostoperative follow-up of patients with good knee function,according to the Rasmussenfunction,16patients, excellent in12, good in3, fair in1, and poor in0. The excellent andgood rate was93.75%. Conclusion: The treatment of SchatzkerⅣ plateau fracture withmedial knee doing single-incision and double-plates have minimally invasive surgery,postoperative fracture healing, fewer complications, and recovery of limb functioncharacteristics, clinical with satisfactory effect.
