Objective:Clinical efficacy by observing the analgesic Tiaojing recipe combinedwith tuina in the treatment of cold coagulation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea,to discuss the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine combined with tuina treatment ofcold coagulation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea, in order to provide the basisfor the treatment of this disease.Methods:90cases of cold coagulation and blood stasis in patients with primarydysmenorrhea were randomly divided into treatment group, control group I, group II (30cases each). The treatment group was given treatment of analgesic Tiaojing Decoction andtuina, the control group I received the treatment of analgesic Tiaojing recipe, the controlgroup Ⅱ treated with tuina therapy. Three groups were observed before and after treatmentof blood flow parameters change, the degree of pain syndromes and uterine arterypulsatility index (PI), resistance index (RI) changes. Comparison of treatment group andcontrol groupⅠ, treatment group and control group Ⅱ degree of pain, syndrome integraland PI and RI change. Results: In the comprehensive curative effect: treatment group total effectiveness is96%, the control groupⅠ in the total efficiency of83.33%, the control group II, the totalefficiency of76.67%; The treatment group and the control groupⅠ had significantdifference (P<0.05), the treatment group and the control group II had significant difference(P<0.05). In the abdominal pain efficacy: the treatment group than the control groupⅠ, thetreatment group than the control group II. Three groups of patients after pelvic blood PIvalue, RI value decreased significantly. The PI value within the group, there wassignificant difference (P <0.01); the treatment group and the control group Ⅰ comparison between groups had significant difference (P <0.01); the treatment group and the controlgroup Ⅱ comparison between groups had significant difference (P <0.01). The RI valuewithin the group, there was significant difference (P <0.01); the treatment group and thecontrol group Ⅰ group had significant difference (P <0.05); the treatment group and thecontrol group Ⅱ group had significant difference (P <0.05).Conclusion: analgesic Tiaojing recipe combined with tuina in the treatment of coldcoagulation and blood stasis dysmenorrhea have significant efficacy, Chinese medicineand tuina therapy is better than single, is worth the clinical promotion and further research.
