The Clinical Observation Of Threatened Primary Dysmenorrheal(Cold-Stagnation And Blood- Stasis Type) By Nuangongtang

Objective:Using self made empirical prescription NuanGongtang to treat Primary dysmenorrheal (cold-stagnation and blood-stasis type),then observe the clinical efficacy.Methods:Selected 70 cases of cold-stagnation and blood-stasis type Primary dysmenorrhea which come from the first Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine. All the patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.35 cases of the treatment group were given self made empirical prescription Nuangongtang and modification according to the symptoms; 35 cases of the control group were given Aifunuangongwan. Along with the course, determine the clinical effect about dysmenorrhea degree and the chinese symptoms.Results:After the rule treatment, both of the two groups’symptoms were improved. By compare the total clinical effective, the treatment group is superior to the control group. The two teams have the significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Nuangongtang can improve the majorissues and sub-problems clinical symptoms, improve the patients dysmenorrheal degree without negative consequence. Slef made Nuangongtang is a effective prescription on treating Primary dysmenorrheal of HanningxueyuXing; besides this, it can be safed and reliabled to be used.
