Objective: Through the clinical Epidemiological Investigation, to observe bloodstasis constitution of uterine flesh tumour susceptibility, explore the correlation betweenblood stasis constitution and uterine fibroids and syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine,diet, and of the modern disorders such as relationships, and application advantage oftraditional Chinese medicine and dietary changes, improve the blood stasis constitution,susceptible to early prevention, early diagnosis and early treatment, in order to reduce itsincidence.Methods: study from two aspects of theory and clinical research, theoreticallydiscusses the characteristic of blood stasis constitution, and the role of blood stasisconstitution on the pathogenesis of uterine fibroids; Clinical investigation with the unifieddesign of the survey, of120cases of hysteromyoma patients and120normal womenrandom questionnaire investigation, physical characteristics, TCM syndrome types ofpatients and clinical symptoms, eating habits and modern factors one by one record.Results: through the above of healthy women and patients with hysteromyomaclinical epidemiological study found that:1. patients with hysteromyoma constitutionaltype is given priority to with blood stasis is qualitative, women’s physical health is givenpriority to with gentle temperament.2. Blood stasis quality hysteromyoma patients clinicalsyndrome is given priority to with kidney and blood stasis.3. Blood stasis quality, and thehealth of women and blood stasis in patients with uterine fibroids diet structure and thequality of modern factors exist obvious difference, on food eaten sour, cold drinks, fat,greasy and disorder in modern is the cause of the disease.Conclusion:1. Blood stasis constitution is closely related to the patients with uterinefibroids.2. Blood stasis constitution of hysteromyoma patients clinical syndrome is given priority to with kidney and blood stasis.3.
