| Objective:Through the clinical Epidemiological Investigation,observe the susceptibility about the haemostasis constitution and primary dysmenorrhea and explore the correlation between the haemostasis constitution, Primary Dysmenorrhea, TCM symptoms as well as diet structure. Thus by making the most of the advantages of TCM and changing the diet structure improving the haemostasis constitution, the susceptible population can be prevented diagnosed and treated as early as possible, and the incidence of the disease can be lowered effectively.Methods:By following the methods about the case control of epidemiological investigation, design a unified questionnaire to obstain the details about 120 cases of primary dysmenorrhea such as the the constitution characteristics, clinical symptoms as well as eating habit. And the above details about 120 healthy women.Results:Through the above clinical epidemiological investigation about the healthy women and patients with primary dysmenorrhea, we found that:1. The pathological constitution about the primary dysmenorrhea can be characterized by haemostasis and yang deficiency. Most of the constitution about the healthy women are mild ones.2. The haemostasis constitution about primary dysmenorrhea patients'clinical symptoms were cold-dampness stagnation ones.3. There was significant differences between healthy women and primary dysmenorrhea patients in diet structure. Cold and pungent diet was one of the most important inducement factors.Conclusion:1. Haemostasis constitution is closely related to the incidence of primary dysmenorrhea.2.The haemostasis constitution about primary dysmenorrhea patients'clinical symptoms were cold-dampness stagnation ones.3 primary dysmenorrhea patients is closely related to the diet structure. Cold and pungent diet can raise the incidence of the disease.4. Haemostasis constitution is adjustable。Early intervention is an effective method to prevent primary dysmenorrhea.
