The Clinical Research Of Yangzheng Hexue Decoction Combined With Thymopentin-5on Treating Advanced Malignant Tumor Of Spleen Deficiency And Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of yangzheng hexue decoctioncombined with Thymopentin-5on treating advanced malignant tumor of spleendeficiency and blood stasis，and to provide clinical evidence for theapplication of the clinical efficacy of TCM in the treatment of malignanttumor.Methods: Choose59patients with malignant tumor，in accordance with theinclusive criteria and exclusion criteria,and divide them randomly into thetreatment group and the control group．8cases are eliminated according tothe Eliminate standard,so the actual evaluated patients are27in thetreatment group and24in the control group.The control group is only treatedwith thymopentin-5,and the treatment group is treated with yangzheng hexuedecoction combined with thymopentin-5.4weeks are a period of treatment,andto continuously observe two treatments. To investigate and compare thealterations of the TCM syndrome, the quality of life,the weight,the immunefunction, the blood coagulation and the tumor marker between two groups beforeand after treatment.Results:Compared to the control group,the treatment group has the obviousadvantages：improving the TCM symptoms，improving the quality of life，stability and increase the weight， decreasing levels of Fib and D-D(P<0.01,P<0.05);both of the two groups could regulate T-lymphocytesubsets,but there is no significant difference between two groups aftertreatment(P>0.05);two groups have no significant difference in solid tumorevaluation after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yangzheng hexue decoction combined with Thymopentin-5can improvethe TCM symptoms，improve the quality of life，stabilize and increase theweight，regulate the immune function, relieve the hypercoagulability,ontreating advanced malignant tumor of spleen deficiency and blood stasis.
