Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Huayu Decoction on endometrial receptivity factor expression factor integrin aVβ3in patients of PCOS kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and provide the fundamental basis for the treatment of PCOS with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Methods:Select60patients of PCOS kidney deficiency and blood stasis syntrome, who is diagnosed in gynecological outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Traditional Medicine from January,2012to December,2012. All of the patients are randomly divided into two groups, treatment group and control group. Accordingly, the20cases of blank control group are normal fertility patients who are infertility due to male factors during the same period. Three groups selfly test basal body temperature and record it. The treatment group follow the menstrual cycle (or progesterone withdrawal bleeding)1D start take Bushen Huayu Decoction, daily1agent,5D nightly starting oral clomiphene100mg, and continually serve5days after withdrawal of medicine. The control group following the menstrual cycle (or withdrawal bleeding)5D every night simple orally take clomiphene100mg, last for5days. The blank control group avoid any medication. The above three groups draw endometrial tissue sample200mg with disposable endometrial following ultrasonography after7-9days of ovulation (basal body temperature rise). The sample wash with saline rinse, then fixed into4%paraformaldehyde, use immunohistochemistry detection of integrin avβ3expression. Three groups draw fasting peripheral vein blood5ml in the morning of in endometrial biopsy check, separation serum for further study. Electronic chemiluminescence method detect serum E2, P, transvaginal B ultrasound measure endometrial thickness, observe the growth characteristics of endometrial tissue with routinely microscope in HE staining, PV two step immunohistochemical method check endometrial integrin avP3expression.Results:The TCM syndrome curative effect:the treatment group total effectiveness is81.48%, the comparison group total effectiveness is38.46%, which show the treatment group is better than the positive control group in improving the deficiency of kidney and blood stasis syndrome.The implantation endometrial thickness, the control group is lower than treatment group and blank control group (P<0.05,<0.05), the treatment group is lower than the blank control group, the difference is not significant (P>0.05). The serum E2, there was no significant difference during the three groups(P>0.05).The p in implantation, the positive control group is lower than both treatment group and blank group, and the treatment group is lower than the blank group, but the difference is not significant (P>0.05). The light density of integrin αvβ3expression on implantation endometrium, the positive control group is lower than the treatment group and the blank control group (P<0.05), the treatment group lower than the blank group, but the difference is not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The deficiency of kidney and blood stasis is the basic pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome. Tonifying of kidney and removing blood stasis is the effective method in treating PCOS kidney deficiency and blood stasis symptoms. Bushen Huayu Decoction can rise the expression of implantation endometrium integrin αvβ3in patients of PCOS kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, which clues the curative can enhance the tolerance of endometrium in implantation period.
