| Objective: Study the clinical treatment effect and mechanism of action of Chin-ese patent drug “TangZhi BaoGan Fang” whose main principles of prescription arejian pi shu gan hua tan huo xue on type2diabetes combined non-alcoholic fattyliver.Methods: There were60patients who were randomly divided into treatment gr-oup(30cases)and control group(30cases).The two groups were given metformin en-teric-coated tablets0.25g tid,oral.And treatment group was given TangZhi BaoGanFang,the control group was given Bezafibrate200mg,qd,oral.During eight weeks’ tim-e of observation,the main observation indicators are blood sugar,blood lipids,glycate-d hemoglobin,insulin,abdominal ultrasonography,liver function,the blood flow indicat-ors and clinical symptoms.Results: As a result,the treatment group’s fasting and two hours postprandial blo-od glucose,fasting and two hours postprandial insulin,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglycerides,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein,alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,glutamyl endopeptidase,B-mode ultrasonograph-y of Liver,hemorheology,clinical symptoms show significant improvement over theprevious and has obvious difference compared with the control group.During the tes-t,the patients show good compliance and no adverse reactions.Conclusion: The compound method of jianpi shugan huatan huoxue method co-mbined with behavior intervention has curative effect on diabetes combined non-alc-oholic fatty liver patients:decrease blood sugar and blood lipids,improve the insulinresistance, improve the liver function,improve blood flow indicators,can also signify -cantly improve the clinical symptoms,delay the progress of diabetes and fatty liver,improve the quality of life of patients and has safety on drug,which shows the effe-ctiveness of Chinese medicine dialectical theory of governance.The application of C-hinese medicine treatment of typw2diabetes mellitus non-alcoholic fatty liver hasbroad prospects. |
