| Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of shuangjiangtang Fang treatingType2diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia.Methods:60Patients with type2diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia wererandomly classified into two groups,in treated group patient(n=30) were treated byshuangjiangtang Fang,in control group patient(n=30)were treated by Xuezhikang.Twogroups of patients in gender,age have no significant difference(P>0.05)and they arecomparable. All patients must not take any other lipid-lowering drugs before the treatmentone month ago. Control group:On the basis of hypoglycemic therapy was addedXuezhikang, Take two Xuezhikang capulses one time,and two times a day after breakfastand dinner.Treatment group:On basis of hypoglycemic therapy was added shuangjiangtangFang. A decoction daily,take the decoction morning and evening respectively. A course ofteatment for two months,two months after assessing efficacy.Results: Shuangjiangtang Fang could ameliorate the clinic symptoms of the patientsobviously,the difference was significant compared to the control group(P<0.05). Meantime,blood sugar,HbAlC,blood fat of the Patients abated obviously compared to the treatmentbefore，but the effect of treated group is superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Shuangjiangtang Fang has sure curative effected in treating Type2diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia. It has obvious advantages in improving clinicalsymptoms. |
