"Vasorel" group of50cases,for group A,"gen ke tong"group of50cases, for group B. Both doses are20mg, trimetazidine hydrochloride orally,3times/day.2set of a course of12weeks.Results After12weeks of "Vasorel" with"gen ke tong" rate of angina relief,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram (ecg) period, there was no statistically significant difference in two groups of patients before administering nitroglycerin more medication to reduce the number of times there was no statistically significant difference, the incidence of cardiovascular events, there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion Trimetazidine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in patients with unstable angina. Two different manufacturers trimetazidine hydrochloride is similar to the curative effect of treatment of unstable angina.
