Objective:To investigate the changes of anticardiolipin antibody of IgG type (IgG-ACA), von Wilebrand factor (vWF) and souble P-selectin (sP-S) after the Probucol and Trimetazidine pretreatment on the patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP) by percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods:The subjects are151hospitalized patients with coronary stents from the department of cardiology in the2nd. Hospital of Tianjin Medical University from the Mar.,2010to the Dec.,2011. They are randomly divided into three groups:control group (routine treatment), probucol group (routine treatment with at least500mg bid of1d probucol before operation) and trimetazidine group (routine treatment with at least20mg tid of1d trimetazidine before operation). An analysis of the changes of IgG-ACA, vWF and sP-S before and after the operation of control group is presented. A comparison of the differences of D-value of IgG-ACA, vWF and sP-S before and after the operation is offered.Results:①In control group, there is significant difference between the expression levels of IgG-ACA before and after operation (P<0.05) with the initial level of8.89±5.05ng/ml and the final level of12.32±5.34ng/ml respectively. There is significant difference between the expression levels of vWF before and after operation (P<0.05) with the initial level of2.36±0.77ng/ml and the final level of2.73±0.79ng/ml respectively. There is significant difference between the expression levels of sP-S before and after operation (P<0.05) with the initial level of2.39±0.88ng/ml and the final level of2.65±0.93ng/ml respectively.②There is no significant difference among the expression levels of IgG-ACA before opertaion among control group, probucol group and trimetazidine group with the level of8.89±5.05ng/ml,8.41±4.84ng/ml and8.14±4.39ng/ml respectively. The D-values are3.42±1.97ng/ml,1.76±1.51ng/ml and1.72±2.19ng/ml respectively. There is significant difference of IgG-ACA D-value between control group and probucol group (P<0.05). There is significant difference of IgG-ACA between control group and trimetazidine group (P<0.05). There is no significant difference of IgG-ACA D-value between probucol group and trimetazidine group (P>0.05). ③There is no significant difference among the expression levels of vWF before opertaion among control group, probucol group and trimetazidine group with the level of2.36±0.77ng/m,2.56±0.94ng/ml and2.43±0.58ng/ml respectively. The D-values are0.36±0.11ng/ml,0.19±0.11ng/ml and0.19±0.13ng/ml respectively. There is significant difference of vWF D-value between control group and probucol group (P<0.05). There is significant difference of vWF D-value between control group and trimetazidine group (P<0.05). There is no significant difference of vWF D-value between probucol group and trimetazidine group (P>0.05).④There is no significant difference among the expression levels of sP-S before opertaion among control group, probucol group and trimetazidine group with the level of2.39±0.88ng/ml,2.41±1.01ng/ml and2.46±0.74ng/ml respectively. The D-values are0.25±0.56ng/ml,0.18±0.57ng/ml and0.17±0.46ng/ml respectively. There is no significant difference of sP-S D-value between control group and probucol group (P>0.05). There is no significant difference of sP-S D-value between control group and trimetazidine group (P>0.05). There is no significant difference of sP-S D-value between probucol group and trimetazidine group (P>0.05).Conclusion:①The expression levels of IgG-ACA, vWF and sP-S in patients with unstable angina pectoris increases after the coronary stents operation. This indicates that the operation can aggravate the prethrombotic state and the endothelial injury and activate the platelet.②The D-value of IgG-ACA between probucol group and trimetazidine group is comparatively lower than that of control group. This illustrates that probucol and trimetazidine can alleviate the inflammatory reaction caused by intracoronary stent implantation.③The D-value of vWF between probucol group and trimetazidine group is comparatively lower than that of control group. This proves that probucol and trimetazidine can alleviate the endothelial injury caused by intracoronary stent implantation.④There is no significant difference among the expression levels of sP-S before opertaion among control group, probucol group and trimetazidine group. This suggests that probucol and trimetazidine cannot alleviate the activation of the platelet.
