Food allergies (Food Allergy, FA) is a body of one or more of food protein antigenproduced by the immune-mediated adverse reactions. Mediated pathway intoIgE-mediated and (or) non-IgE-mediated allergy. FA is more common in youngerchildren, and can cause multiple organ system involvement, the most commondigestive system, skin, mucous membranes, and respiratory system. Which digestivesymptoms may manifest as abdominal pain, diarrhea, bloating, constipation,gastrointestinal bleeding, nausea, vomiting, refusal to milk, galactorrhea, feedingdifficulties, anal fistula, these symptoms will cause delayed healing of children’sgrowth and development is limited, iron deficiency anemia, hypoalbuminemia, edema,and other complications.Gastrointestinal symptoms and complications are non-specificand non-IgE-mediated, easily misdiagnosed.Increasing number of food-allergic patients in recent years have become the2l centurythere is a growing concern of food safety and public health problem. The incidence offood allergic diseases continues to rise in children in the world, according to statistics,there are about5%to8%of children suffer from FA. Serious impact on children’sgrowth and development, but also caused a great deal of the burden to families andsociety, and especially due to FA, digestive symptoms in children, misdiagnosis andmisuse of antibiotics is still looking for an effective, safe FA prevention and controlmeasures are imminent.ObjectiveBy gastrointestinal symptoms as the main performance of FA serum levels of foodallergens in children with specific antibodies and lymphocytes subsets and CD23, observe the FA in allergic condition in children with part of the change ofimmunological indexes, amino acid formula treatment, probiotics treatment to observethe body immunological indexes before and after treatment, make analysis andevaluation, and provides the scientific basis for the clinical reasonable diagnosis andtreatment measures. Through research, expects to receive a more safe and effectivetreatment, to further explore the clinical meaning of intervention.Methods50cases of children with clinical suspected of FA, by food avoidance test, as well asthe method of Enzyme~-linked immnosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect specificantibodies detection, divided into single positive group and positive group, two groupsare15cases, Flow cytometry(FCM) were used respectively to study detection indexesof CD23lymphocyte subsets and the level, and20cases with negative group as control,and26cases of children with cow’s milk protein allergy, divided into amino acid groupand combined group, respectively give amino acid formula treatment and amino acidformula combined probiotics (Combined Bifidobacterium:6months:0.5bid;6month to1year old:1.0bid; more than one year of age:1.0tid) treatment for6months, twogroups of children before and after treatment was detected in the lymphocyte subsets.Observe changes against the immune indexes before and after treatment, the results arestatistically analyzed.Results1. The single and multiple groups of CD3~+CD8~+and CD3~+CD4~+/CD3~+CD8~+lymphocytes subsets percentage were significantly lower than the negative group (P <0.01); Single set of CD3~-/CD19~+lymphocyte subsets percentage were significantlyhigher than the negative group (11.676.25)%(P <0.01).2. IgG positive percentage of CD3~+CD8~+lymphocytes subsets percentage (15.502.88)%were significantly lower than negative the group (29.488.69)%(P <0.01); The IgE in positive group CD19~+CD23~+lymphocyte subsets percentagewere significantly higher than the negative group (P <0.01).3. Children with cow’s milk protein allergy treatment applied amino acid formula after6months, CD3~+CD4~+/CD3~+CD8~+and CD3~-/CD19~+levels were improved, plusprobiotic treatment of amino did not have additive or synergistic effects (P>0.05).ConclusionsFA patients immune indexes change internal body part, FA children have differentchanges in specific humoral and cell immune factors, the application of the amino acidformula can improve immunity in children with FA, plus probiotic treatment did nothave additive or synergistic effects.
