For each study phlebotomize 4 ml, extract serum, its food intolerance Ig G antibody in serum was detected and the allergen IgE antibody.SPSS19.0 data using statistical software for processing, measurement data using t test, use(plus or minus S) said, count data by chi-square test, inspection standards for bilateral, alpha = 0.05.Correlation analysis using the hypothesis test.Results: The research object of this study were collected into standard 126 cases, aged 15, minimum age 6 months.With 77 cases male, female in 49 cases, 78 cases of 6 months to 6 years old, 48 cases ~ 15 years old, by detecting the allergen specific antibody IgE and food intolerance Ig G antibody, the results showed: 1.
