Objective: To evaluate the changes of left ventricular global systolic and regionalsystolic for patients with different degree of only LAD branch stenosis without regionalwall motion abnormality of left ventricle by STI.Methods: seventy-five persons underwent coronary angiography,twenty-sevenpersons who had normal coronary angiogram were supposed control group, whiletwenty-five persons who with only LAD branch stenosis between50%and75%is Agroup, twenty-three persons who with only LAD branch stenosis>75%is B group.High frame rate two-dimensional images were recorded from the apical two-chamberview, long-axis view of the left ventricle and the left ventricular short-axis views at thelevels of mitral va1ve,papillary muscles and apex by Echocardiography. LS,RS andCS of the segments that blood supplied by LAD, Rot—base,Rot—apex in basal andapical plane were derived using Echo PAC software. Then calculated the peakLV-tor.Left ventricular wall motion amplitude,LVEF and FS were measured bym-mode ultrasound under resting state.Result: No significant difference was found for SL,RS,CS and LV-tor in A andcontrol group(P>0.05). Compared to the control group, there is difference for SL andRS and LV-tor of the segments that blood supplied by LAD (P <0.05) and there is nodifference in CS (P>0.05) in B group.Compared to A group, here is difference for LS(P <0.05) and there is no difference for RS,CS and LV-tor (P>0.05) in B group. Conclusion while only LAD branch stenosis>75%, LS and RS can evaluate thechanges of left ventricular regional systolic function and LV-tor can evaluate thechanges of left ventricular global systolic function sensitively. Both the left ventricularregional and global systolic function are affected while only LAD branch stenosis>75%. Objective: To CAG the value of the gold standard,to evaluate the changes ofhemodynamic parameters for patients with different degrees of only LAD branchstenosis by TTDE-CFI.Methods: To choose hospitalized patients from October in2011to October in2012in our hospital and underway TTDE-CFI two hours before CAG,PSV,PDV,MDV,DAR,DDR,DVTI and DSVR were derived by noting the middle anddistal blood flow signal of LAD.According to the results of CAG,twenty-sevenpersons who had normal coronary angiogram were supposed control group, whiletwenty-five persons who with only LAD branch stenosis between50%and75%is Agroup, twenty-three persons who with only LAD branch stenosis>75%is B group. Toretrospective analysis the changes of hemodynamic parameters for patients withdifferent degrees of only LAD branch stenosis before coronary artery stent implantation.Result:The distal blood flow signal of LAD in contral group is red blood toflow. There are differences in PDV,MDV,DAR,DDR,DVTI and DSVR among threegroups(P <0.05).There is no difference in PSV among three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion TTDE-CFI is a noninvasive, simple and high repeatability method fordiagnosising coronary artery stenosis.
