Objective:The aim of our study was to investigate the involvement of renalase gene polymorphisms in coronary heart disease in hypertension patients.To explore the correlation between renalase gene and hypertension with coronary heart disease by gene polymorphisms analysis.As filtering out predisposing gene locus,we will provide genetic basis for risk assessment of coronary heart disease in hypertension.Methods:191patients with hypertension and CHD,202patinents with hypertension and232controls were recruited.Clinical and biochemical information was recorded.Primer design and the choice of the Restriction endonuclease was through NCBI and HapMap database.Renalase genotypes were determined by PCR-RFLP method.We analyzed all of the data including genotypes,allele frequen-cies,haolotypes,linkage disequilibrium and Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.Results:1.analysis of SNP1.1rs2576178A allele frequencies of hypertension and CHD group was higher than hypertension group,p=0.001, OR=1.625,95%CI为[1.221-2.160].AA genotype frequencies was similar with A allele frequencies,P=0.001.1.2rs2296545C allele frequencies in hypertension group was higher than control group,P=0.009, OR=1.436,95%CI为[1.095~1.883]; CC genotype frequencies was similar with C allele frequencies,P=0.037.1.3There was no association with all of groups about rs10887800.2.analysis of HaplotypeSix Haplotypes match P>0.05.Haplotype G-A-C in coronary heart disease and hypertension group was higher than hypertension group,P=0.013, OR=1.565,95%CI[1.097-2.232];Haplotype G-G-C in hypertension group was higher than control group,P=0.012, OR=1.745,95%CI [1.127-2.703];Haplotype A-A-G in coronary heart disease and hypertension group was higher than control group,P=0.001, OR=2.322, 95%CI[1.425-3.783].Conclusions:1.rs2576178A allele may be a susceptibility factor for hypertensive patients suffering from coronary heart diease,and its corresponding G allele may be a protective factor.AA genotype susceptibe to coronary heart disease in hypertension.2.rs2296545C allele may be a susceptibility factor for hypertension,and its corresponding G allele may be a protective factor.CC genotype susceptible to hypertension.
