BackgroundWith the in-depth study of the domestic and foreign scholars in recent years found that inflammatory cytokine interleukin-1,interleukin-2, interleukin-4, interleukin-6, leukocyte interleukin-8,interleukin-10, interleukin-18, and TNF-a are vital inflammatory cytokines mediating cerebral edema formation after cerebral hemorrhage. Although a large number of experimental results have been fully confirmed that a variety of inflammatory cytokines above mentioned in the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage are involved in the hematoma surrounding brain tissue edema occurred in different degrees, at the same time, among the inflammatory factors, there existes still secure, regulated and resisted role into each other, but the correlation of various inflammatory cytokines with perihematoma, on what kind of inflammatory cytokines play a role in the more level of participation, more closely, more representative is less reported. Therefore, we aim to study and analyze the correlation of inflammatory cytokines with brain tissue around the hematoma by the experimental.ObjectiveDetermination of interleukin-4,interleukin-6, interleukin-8, interleukin-10levels of cerebral hematoma fluid and serum in patients with cerebral hemorrhage to explore the mechanism of brain edema; the relationship of inflammatory cytokines levels and brain edema and correlation between each other;the correlation of inflammatory factors with cerebral edema as well as representative inflammatory cytokines is to make further and definite analysis, and to provide some reference with future clinical therapy.Method (1)From January2010to November2012,102cases of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage, and20healthy cases as the healthy control group are selectd.(2) specimen collection, handling and storage.(3) The determination of the amount of cerebral hematoma volume and edema around the hematoma.(4) The detection of inflammatory cytokines.(5) Statistical analysis of all relevant data.Results(1)Serum concentration levels of Interleukin-4,interleukin-6,interleukin-8, interleukin-10in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage of the basal ganglia was significantly higher than the healthy group (P<0.05); hematoma fluid and interleukin-4, interleukin-6, interleukin-8, interleukin (IL)-10concentration level in venous blood are no significant difference (P>0.05).(2)Serum concentration levels of interleukin-4,interleukin-6, interleukin-8, interleukin-10in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage of the basal ganglia within6h were significantly higher than the healthy group (P<0.05); while Interleukin-10,with no significant difference (P>0.05) in the healthy group. In24~72h, interleukin-4, interleukin-6, interleukin-8all reached the peak, declining until3~7d, which were significantly higher than the healthy group (P<0.05).(3)Edema volume and the amount of bleeding in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage of the basal ganglia District within6h~7d were positively correlated with statistically significant (P<0.05).(4) Any two between interleukin-4, interleukin-6, interleukin-8, interleukin (IL)-10were positively correlated.(5) The impact of various inflammatory factors (leukin-4, interleukin-6, interleukin-8, interleukin (IL)-10)on cerebral edema of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage as well as the intensity is rendered as interleukin-4> Interleukin-10> Interleukin-6 >interleukin-8.Conclusion(1)The concentration of IL-4,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10in the basal ganglia hemorrhage patients serum was significant higher than in the normal control group.(2)There were a positivecorrelation between patiens of acute cerebral hemorrhage in the basal ganglia edema volume and the mount of beeding in6h-7d.(3)The impact intensity of various inflammatory factors on cerebral edema of patients with cerebral hemorrhage are interleukin-4> Interleukin-10> interleukin6> Interleukin-8.various inflammatory factors of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients with cerebral edema and intensity(4) Interleukin-4and interleukin-10play a vital role in the amount of hematoma peripheral edema, and we impose on the attention to the anti-inflammatory cytokines and different treatment plan can be formulated according to the actual situation of the patient.
